“Diana from this location saved the day. Shout out to her professionalism and trouble shooting skills! I was originally in a family plan but the account holder decided to switch carriers, so I needed to create my own account ASAP. It was a nightmare not having service. The first call of action was to call customer care to open my account. However, for some reason they couldn't finish creating my account over the phone and advised me to visit a T-Mobile store for assistance. At first, I went to a location by Costco in Fountain Valley which they were no help to me at all. Long story short they told me to call customer care (but I already did that's why I was there in the first place?) I came back home to call customer care again. Of course, it was a FAIL. My last and final hope was to go to another T-Mobile location, this time to this one by Sam's Club! When I first walked in a male associate helped me, I told him my situation, but he couldn't figure it out. Then DIANA came in and intervened. She took the initiative of everything and took the right steps to assess the situation. Thank you so much for helping me last weekend!”
