I've got a call to schedule and the car was ready clean as promised.Wish i got more details on the status updates. I don't know how he manages to blend his paint in perfectly with the surrounding undamaged panel, but his methods work wonders (at a fraction of a price of most body shops). “I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week.”

The owner was very professional and courteous, and his pricing was very reasonable. He quoted me 1-2 hours for the install, it ended up being more challenging than expected, and he did not charge me one cent more despite taking a couple extra hours. He even worked late to ensure it got done same day so I could have my truck for work the next day, awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.”
