Terrible service. My financial advisor never picks up calls or replies to emails. The branch doesn’t answer calls either. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Crazy that I can go in and sign up for credit cards, but they wouldn’t let me get change for cash because I don’t have an account for debit? Poor customer service

After reading the review, I was a bit worried about my first visit to this Citi branch. But to my surprise, I couldn't have received a better welcome! I am really pleased to receive enthusiastic help from all the staff here, especially Ms. Bao Khang Hong. Deserves 5 stars.
