“My 1st two years as a costumer great no problem, very convenient had direct payment link to my bank account, supper good costumer service by the younger employees!!! at the end I Got discriminated and herased by an older employee or the owner, Don't know for sure he was very careful not to id him self In front of me, all for show him a broken door next to the unit I was renting, that wasn't broken the day before, for some reason this racist older employee got offended by me speaking to him and reporting the broken door, his deminer and body language change he got clearly upset, torse me and said that he was going to end my contract and that he wanted me out, we argued for a moment, after that he lock me in side the business called the cops on me, after he threatened me with calling the cops and cancelling my contract for no reason it all, once the cops, show it up they side it with the older dude, very annoying, cause once he threatened me with calling the cops , I did call the cops my self and explained to them what was go in on, I'm glad the business is full of cameras and the phone call and my interaction with the cops is recorded. I even ask the officers if they worked as private security or cops !!!”
