“Brookfield took care of our dog after he was attacked by a lose dog in our neighborhood. They took him in immediately and provided great care. The vet was compassionate and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The next day I received a follow up email first thing in the morning asking how he was doing. And then throughout the day the office was in communication with me by email because they wanted to be sure he was eating. It meant a lot to me.”

After my dog's spay surgery, I had some post-operative concerns and decided to contact the clinic again.I expressed my worries to them and was informed that there would be a $35.00 charge for a revisit. Despite this, I decided to proceed, hoping to get reassurance about my dog's behavior, as she wasn't eating. When I arrived at the clinic, the vet examined my coneheaded furry friend and, to my relief, assured me that everything was okay. What pleasantly surprised me was that the vet waived the revisit fee.This experience showcased a significant improvement in my perception of the clinic. It demonstrated their commitment to the well-being of the animals they treat, showing that they prioritize the care of pets over financial gains. This gesture of waving the fee made me feel that the vet genuinely cared about my dog's health and my peace of mind.In light of this, I would like to commend the clinic for their compassionate approach and willingness to address my concerns. “Tough situation when you have to visit them. I think they perform their job well. It does feel a bit like a transaction and thus do not feel 100% of the outcome. I will get a second opinion and do whatever it takes to give my dog a chance.”

“They saw us Same Day and worked with a Third Party who we needed to help us with the Bill since this was during a time of Hardship. I've been taking my Dog here over 10 yrs and our Cat my ex wife had.... Although I hear people NOW say they are inexpensive, I have to admit, they even would say they were VERY pricey a few years back... But it DOES seem that pricing is lower these days and they DONT try to ream you for a bunch a insignificant charged.The wait wasn't very long either.I have to say overall pleasant experience.... Except one thing... I wanted to have them check out a few things on my senior Dogz list of issues, but The vet mostly focused on his main problem and didn't see a reason to get detailed tests, X-rays, blood work etc for his other issues since "he's an older dog" and let's just see how he does with this 1 thing now vs. addressing some of his other ailments ?But I've had great outcomes over the years here...Oh and it's been a year or 2 since I've been back here... They renovated the whole office it's friggin AMAZING what they've done to Lobby..... So ?? nice”
