“I want to recommend Dr. Lizzie who took care of my ball python with a very dramatic neck injury. Dr. Lizzie showed a great ability to handle a snake, plus she got her injury cleaned and stitched,and I even got a radiography of her bones. My python healed wonderfully thanks to her! She is also super kind and very patient to answer all my questions and explain with detail. Everyone working there was the same. The prices were not cheap but I know you can trust your pets with them. And book with time, they have a fully-booked schedule.”

“The front desk staff are amazing! This morning my pug had very red and inflamed ears and despite the schedule being full for the day, Dr. Grossman and his team fit me in. “I was evacuated during the Garden Grove/GKN chemical tank debacle, and was desperate to find boarding space for my semi-feral pet cat. I cold called Brookfield and they welcomed us with open arms. Every single staff member I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was beyond impressed with how well they got to know my cat while she was there, but most importantly they did not take advantage of the emergency situation and gouge me like some of my neighbors experienced with other service providers. I had such an outstanding experience with Brookfield that I just switched my cat’s veterinary care over to them. When you find good people, stick with them, right?!”

“My 13 year old doggie crossed the bridge 2 weeks ago.... i was recommended to mile square animal hospital by a friend on facebook. I wanted the best crematory services for my friend. And As soon as i made that call and the lady answered it. I knew right away that this was the right place for my dog's final journey. Everything about this place is good vibes even on those rainy [sad days]. The staff is friendly, respectful and kind. And their prices are affordable. I cant express enough my gratitude. Im sure my dog is finally at peace! Ill be keeping my dog's essence both in spirit and with this beautiful urn and paw print. You guys are amazing! Thank you ❤️??”

“Neurology I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ancona and the entire team who cared for Marley and our family during one of the hardest days of our lives. Dr. Ancona spoke with us with so much compassion and kindness. We never once felt rushed. He took his time going through everything thoroughly, explained things in a way that helped us understand what was happening, and continually stopped to ask if we had any questions. During a moment when we were trying to process so much emotionally, his patience, honesty, and compassion meant more to us than I can put into words. I also want to recognize the veterinary technician who was with us that day. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but I hope she knows how much her kindness meant to us. She was incredibly caring and gentle with Marley and so compassionate toward our family. Every interaction we had with her made us feel like Marley was being cared for by someone who truly understood just how special he was to us. As someone who works in veterinary medicine myself, I know how emotionally demanding these moments can be for the veterinary team as well. The level of compassion and patience we received from everyone that day is something I will never forget. Even though we ultimately had to say goodbye to Marley, we were given the time, information, support, and space we needed to make the most loving decision we could for him. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we were able to focus on being there with our boy. Thank you, Dr. Ancona, to the wonderful technician who cared for him, and to everyone involved in Marley’s care. Thank you for treating him with dignity and tenderness and for treating our family with such compassion. You made an unbearable day a little more peaceful, and we will forever be grateful for the way you cared for our sweet boy. ❤🐾”

“I love bringing my pets here. If you can make an appointment then it's no different than any other pet hospital except that it's much easier on your wallet. If you need to do a walk in, you need to be patient and pay attention to the staff-animal ratio. If there are just too many pets there and not enough staff then you gotta decide if you wanna hang out or not. They are friendly and caring people. They will treat you as nice as you treat them just like any other business.”
