“We used to have an account here so we know everyone pretty much but this day I had to stop here because my car would not hold any water so I called inside asked for the manager Gus to please come outside and he did he looked at my car brought out a couple jugs of water and put them in my car and then looked under it he said it didn't look good and I thanked him for trying to help me and had to try and get my car home. “Had to buy a new dryer, found out delivery is mandatory, $39, luckily it was waived, so next time you need an appliance, don't bother taking a trailer thinking your taking it home, apparently it doesn't work that way anymore. Was told when it's delivered, do an inspection while delivery guy is present, if something is wrong they will replace, works for me.”

“Someone help determine if I got what I paid for! Very disappointed. Supposed to be S4S Grade A Kiln dried. I would not be complaining if this was Home Depot Lumber. This is a special order and I paid a lot of money for it. I expected them to help me out and just replace the ones I could not use for my pergola, but instead, had to just pay for more. Got the new stuff and looks 10x better than what I initially got. What’s up with that?! Again, I expected better. I am very disappointed!
**Update** Holt came through and fixed my order for me. They were able to replace all the wood for me at no extra cost! I was able to continue on and finish my project, which came out great with the new lumber!”
