“Had to buy a new dryer, found out delivery is mandatory, $39, luckily it was waived, so next time you need an appliance, don't bother taking a trailer thinking your taking it home, apparently it doesn't work that way anymore. Was told when it's delivered, do an inspection while delivery guy is present, if something is wrong they will replace, works for me.”

“Someone help determine if I got what I paid for! Very disappointed. Supposed to be S4S Grade A Kiln dried. I would not be complaining if this was Home Depot Lumber. This is a special order and I paid a lot of money for it. I expected them to help me out and just replace the ones I could not use for my pergola, but instead, had to just pay for more. Got the new stuff and looks 10x better than what I initially got. What’s up with that?! Again, I expected better. I am very disappointed! **Update** Holt came through and fixed my order for me. They were able to replace all the wood for me at no extra cost! I was able to continue on and finish my project, which came out great with the new lumber!”

“All the workers are nice and positive I see to many stupid negative reviews from customers that clearly say they have done wrong too the workers for doing their job or not knowing all the tools, they have to deal with rude customers majority of the time they should be able to refuse service too all the rude customers it ain't right for workers that just go to do their jobs to make a living and have someone go and call them useless and throw a tantrum because a worker couldn't show up fast enough or doesn't know each item in the entire store”
