“The man who helped me knew his stuff, however shouldn't they? He wasn't rude but he made no attempt at making me feel welcomed. He didn't speak or give eye contact and when saying thank you and leaving the other employee noticed and said bye as I walked out door I could hear them laughing which made me feel some kind of way. May just be me but I don't think I would come here again just because of the unfriendliness.”

“I have never had a bad experience at this Ace Hardware location off of Bullard and today was no exception. I live equidistant from Home Depot and Ace Hardware and I choose Ace on Bullard because they always have what I need and the employees there are friendly, willing to help, and are very knowledgeable. On top of that, they tend to go the extra mile for their customers. One such example was the time I showed up right after closing time and they were willing to stay open a little longer to help me get some much needed nuts and bolts that Home Depot didn't stock. I had gone to Home Depot first and there wasn't anyone around to help me find whst I went there for and it took over 20 minutes to get some assistance and then they were out of everything that I needed, which is why I wound up getting to ACE just after closing. They let me in, helped me get what I needed, and got me out the door in no time. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate their service. To me, it just doesn't get any better than that.”

“I go here before Lowe's or Home Depot. Ace has a better assortment of items and staff that's there to help you. I went here again today. The staff helped me find exactly what I needed and quickly. I'm never disappointed by Fresno Ag Hardware”

“Typical hardware store but they seem to specialize in PPE gear. They tend to think you need help in finding what you came in for. If you dress like you know what you're doing, probably don't need assistance. And of course they'll ask you a bunch of questions in hopes you'll buy more stuff.....”

“I’ve been a Fresno resident for a couple of years now, and I often visit the Ace Hardware store. Jessica has consistently provided outstanding customer service, whether I needed a drill, chemicals, or recently a car key. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and always has the right solutions. I want to say thank you, and I hope her bosses recognize what a fantastic job she does. I also want to mention that the other supporting team members have been very kind too. It’s a great team all around!”

“What a great place, they have a bunch of tools. As a construction worker, being in this place makes me feel like when a child is at the toy store. They have power tools, ladders, clothes, and safety vests to mention a few. The prices are great. My last purchase was a Martinez Tools hammer which was cheaper than getting it from the Martinez tool’s website.”

“I first went to a smaller hardware shop near my house because it was Sunday and I didn't want to go across town to the big box stores. They didn't have what I needed and seeing their prices for something that may have worked, I decided to drive a little further and come to Ace. They had exactly what I needed for less than half the price as that other hardware store. Ace is always well maintained and stocked with more than enough helpful employees even a bunch more at the checkouts. I will not hesitate to come back, ever.”
3219 N Palm Ave, Fresno CA 93704
“Way overpriced!!! But Im down on corporations and way good with family owned and operated.... As far as the price, they have to make something. And they have a good variety of stuff. Go in and check them out. It's worth paying a little more to not have to give a (RICH) corporation any more money.”

“If you're looking for plumbing parts and such, this is a good place to start. The hubby is adding a bath at our place, so I've made a few trips to FPS with him recently. When you first walk in, the store doesn't look that big, but there's tons of stuff there and the store has a back part, too, aside from where the customers are. The guys who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. It looks like FPS is a favorite of a lot of plumbing companies around town, as I've seen a lot of names (of local plumbing companies) on customer's shirts while we've been there. Oh, and if you need lots of receipts for whatever you're purchasing, they've got you covered. We get several copies. Lol. Support the local businesses first!”

“Fernanda in the paint department was awesome! I was looking for a product that I had been using on a project on our house. Everywhere I looked it was totally out of stock. Fernanda went out of her way to locate some for me! She even had some brought in from out of state. Her service was exceptional and much more than I could have asked for. You don't find that kind of service much anymore! I give her 10”
