“I hate getting bloodwork done but the male phlebotomist here was incredible. Honestly the warmest person, and so effective (I didn't feel anything and I had a lot of blood taken). Wait time for a walk-in appointment was super short (like 20 mins at most).”
“Recommend making an appointment if you are planning to visit the very busy Santa Cruz Dominican Hospital CA location before you arrive to avoid hours long waiting times. Quick and easy to check in at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment online or at one of the two kiosks in the lobby area. They are always on time so do not be late or your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Employees are really nice and do an excellent and pain free blood draw.”

“Heidi is an amazing phlebotomist! She knew exactly what she was doing, she has a skill and a talent beyond anyone who has taken my blood before. She knew I was a difficult one to draw blood on because of my previous experiences - - veins roll, valves shut down partway through the draw. But she was up to the task. It was almost as though she could intuit her way through the process. And it did not hurt! She deserves five gold stars and a raise, please!!!”
