“Best phlebotomist ever! This is my 2nd blood draw here and the gentleman (Ben?) is fabulous, kind and reassuring. I loathe needles, have had some misses and he is exceptional. I was so happy to see he is still here!! Also, easy to schedule an appointment and check-in is a breeze (from your smartphone while you wait in your car OR scan the code at the kiosk in waiting room). Tip: have your work order printed, insurance and ID in hand.In and out in 5 mins. Seriously, this is my go-to for labs!”

“I needed to get a blood test and so I went to the place I am most familiar with. Quest Diagnostics has always been a lab that I could trust and is recommended by my doctor. Today I went to the location off Mission Blvd. in Santa Cruz Ca. that is at the back of a Safeway. I was very surprised at how professionally set up it was and how everything in the office was so clean. I was greeted with a friendly smile by Pricilla who was going to be my Lab Technician. I was a walk in so I was very happy to hear that she had room for me. She was kind, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I always wonder when I get my blood drawn what degree of pain I am going to have to endure. I am happy to say that Precilla is so talented that I didn't feel a thing. I wish I had a choice when I have my blood drawn because if I did I would choose Precilla every time. She is the best!”

“Well, I guess I’ve been extremely lucky at this location. My wait times are usually less than 5 minutes. I have to come in 3-4 times a year (my worst nightmare as I am a scaredy ?when it comes to needles).Every time, the ?♀️?♀️have been nice, they chat with me to distract & keep me from fleeing the room.I’m always able to get an on-line appointment, but it’s planned ahead so I don’t know about walk-in issues…”

“Easy appointments online. You can your QR code or use the machine in the lobby to check in. Plenty of parking. Large lobby, waiting area. Best to make an appointment since it’s a small office. They pointed out that one test was not covered by insurance so I decided to get back to the doctor to make sure the diagnostic codes were correct. The two ladies were very pleasant. Took their time. This is my second visit to this office. I like the fact that it’s not crowded and plenty of parking outside.”
