2000 Walnut Avenue, Fremont CA 94538
“We were in touch with Maritza throughout the process, she was great. The manager was very accommodating too. Regarding the assistant manager, there were instances where additional resistance and previously uncommunicated rules were introduced, which made certain situations more challenging. Greater understanding in those instances would have been appreciated. It would have also helped if the offer details were posted on the website, as multiple representatives provided differing information at various points. Regarding the move-in: The allocated parking spot is farther from the building than initially represented. Other than that, there were no unexpected issues or unclear rules. Feedback for improvement: Clearer communication on offers and move-in procedures. Ensuring promised amenities, like parking, are as expected.”

“Lived here for 4.5 years had to move for a job. But our time here was spent well. No issues. The area was nice and peaceful. The complex was clean and well maintained. The staff was kind and the maintenance was also quick. The apartment units themselves were also well maintained. Nothing was broken. And if there was an issue the maintenance was done the same day or the next. I also appreciated the greenery around the complex. Especially on the Main Street, High St. There were a lot of trees and cause of that the place felt more lively and made it feel like you were in nature. Taking a walk felt nice. Plus the best part, you are literally a block from Lake Elizabeth. So go for a nice walk, even around the neighborhood. It’s a safe area.”
