“I would like to commend Adan Malagon for the exceptional service provided to us during our multiple visits to the store at 39172 Argonaut Way, Fremont. He assisted us , two senior citizens, with a new account setup and data transfer with a level of patience and expertise that impressed us greatly. He addressed every question we had thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. As mentioned earlier, we were there multiple times & his services were consistent throughout each visit. He is very knowledgeable about different brands of cell phones. Employees like him are the reason we senior citizens are not intimidated by new technology & feel safe to change phone carrier & changed to new phone.”
“Over the years, I've bought 5 cell phones from these folks. They usually have what I am looking for and the prices are good. Generally, I have picked up my phones in person so that I can see them before taking them with me. That said, their descriptions on the website do match what they have in stock. If it says something is Excellent or in A condition, it is truthful.
One tip - it is easier to get in touch with them through the chat feature on the website than on the telephone. While I wish they'd answer the phone, they don't.”
“Manny was great. Paid off my iPhone 15 Pro to keep it and got a second line for $15 (wouldn’t been $55 without his advise) and got the 17 Pro financed.
Used the $500 iPad credit for an M4 iPad 512GB and am paying the balance of the iPad (less the $500 credit) and the balance of the iPhone 17 Pro over time but my monthly only increased by $30.
Which is great because the iPad was $1700, but got it for $1200 with the rebate, which is more than my military discount would’ve gotten me at 15% off

I visited for the CVS Pharmacy inside the store. Minimal number of people on a weekday late afternoon. Parking lot is large and wasn't too crazy.”

“From the moment I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store, Catalina tackled my issue with determination and professional efficiency to determine the root cause of the problem and how to best resolve it. It was a complex problem that required a fair amount of time to understand and resolve, involving calls to customer service that got results where had I tried them instead, I would have only grown more frustrated and probably outright cancelled everything. Catalina has saved AT&T a customer.”
