“Alex took my call regarding getting some shoes insured by my employer, and he was very patient, helpful, and thorough in his explanations on how the process was going to look in terms of ordering and getting fitted for the shoe. I was definitely asking a lot over the phone, and it was a 15 minute call almost, so even without stepping foot into the pharmacy, I can already give five stars to the customer service. Is there any kind of way I can come to your other pharmacy and pick up my medicine today is Saturday October 25, 2025. I am very sick. “Good pharmacy. The manager was helpful to resolve an issue I had with refills and connecting my online account. They even let me know to try out pet prescriptions as well, which is a lot cheaper than my vet. Is it perfect? No, it’s busy at times and you can wait a bit during rush hours. But Costco Rx is better than any other pharmacy around, both in prices and service, so they get my business.”

“Pharamcy is good, but sometimes understaffed, all pharmacists and assisistants are good, few are excellent. Unfortunately their systems and terminals are obsolete in technology. CVS app is not full an alternate to pharmacy terminals. Retail section is super expensive and always under staffed, people work hard and have keep running and switching tasks. Retail terminals are outdated too.”

“I've never had a problem using this Walgreens at all. The staff has been very polite and extremely helpful. We help operate as well as pharmacy. Which will notify me of when my order is ready for pick up by using text messaging. I've always liked Walgreens over CBS. However while waiting for pharmacy prescriptions I've also noticed that many customers are extremely rude to the pharmacy clerk's. The patient should consider that it is not the clerk's fault that the prescription is too expensive or that it cannot be refilled. The client or customer should check with their doctor to make sure their prescriptions are refillable. Also many people have cell phone And there are sites where you could get coupons for your medications such as good rx.com or single care.com. Instead of wasting time on playing stupid video games On their cell phone people should use their cellphones intelligently and discover coupons for almost anything on the Internet.”

But, it appears that the employees are always trying their best. Today, I called before going in and spoke to Tin. He was extremely professional and patiently explained the delay issue with my order. “Man all these low star ratings looks like mainly for the pharmacy but definitely understand how frustrating things can get while you're waiting for a long period of time. Used to go to this location frequently due to work being close by. Always great workers and super friendly cashiers. My rating is strictly on the photo side. Needed a quick picture taken before my passport application and the lady who helped me was super quick and very informational. Wish I remembered her name. Speedy process and I got my passport photo within 5-8 mins. For the most part I recommend the photo place. All the workers seem to be working pretty hard. Pharmacy might need more help but other than that it's a good location.”

“I had a wonderful experience during this visit to this Fremont Walgreens! Everybody I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly. While it was really sad that there was only one shopping cart available for the entire store and that so many products have to be locked up, the staff made everything easy and stress-free. They gave me the time I needed to review the items I was interested in without pressure, and their assistance made the visit a pleasure. A few years ago, I had a horribly negative experience with a pharmacist, which kept me from returning to this Walgreens. However, the excellent customer service I received during this visit completely changed my perspective.
