“I did a quick google search when I wanted to move from California, Sacramento to India, Mysore. UniRelo was the first link that popped up and made the call. Usha was so helpful from the moment we made the first call to the time we loaded our stuff to a 20 feet container. UniRelo was very professional about the communication and rules about the things that we could carry and the one with duty. They were also very honest about the container availability due to Covid whereas none of the other companies were mentioning about this. They also helped us make the decision whether to go with LCL or FCL.
This was just half the work, once the container was received in India, Shankar from UniRelo team handled everything for us. Again very professional at the destination too, everything was communicated through emails beforehand helped us with the custom clearance at the Bangalore office too. The India team also were professional with the move and none of the items were damaged. The entire move from US, California to India, Mysore door to door took 63 days. I am very happy with the UniRelo service and highly recommend Unirelo to everyone looking to make the big move.”

My post is more to those who need to ship next day. My experience was with Rachel, who was awesome today. They do take care of their customers, and since most customers are not 100% ready, that means we wait for that. I think that's what drives most low ratings. Have your ducks in a row, all seems to go great
The cut off at this location for East Coast, so ideally you need to be here by 4:45 to make that cut. The trucks leave between 455 and 505pm. You do need to ask for the packaging that is generally left out at other locations. A bit frustrating. But, just ask.
If you get here, and you miss it, take your package and head south to the Dado street center, there are little to no supplies there, so grab packaging here, and scoot. East Coast at Dado is 530pm. This where their truck goes to.

“Today there was no line and it was perfect as I was returning a large box. I could barely carry it to the counter and the lady on the receiving end leaned all the way to help pick it up out of my hands.
It was an amazon package I was returning.
Besides UPS shipping they have notary, printing, passport service, fax, pack and ship, mailbox etc.
I used their notary service earlier and it was fast and efficient.”

She notice the person in front of me had a UPS package and directed him to go to the UPS store instead (saved everyone time). I saw and heard her reaffirm another customer of the timeline of her mail. Her level of care is awesome. I was in and out in perhaps 7 minutes, if that. I came in a weekday around 4:15pm and very short line!”
