“We came here for newborn photos after USPS recommended them to us. The women was incredibly kind, communicative, and patient with us. The newborn photos were done within 30 minutes. I can’t tell you what a relief it was coming here after being treated so rudely by the USPS employee who deals with passports turned us away. The contrast was stark. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back and recommend this to place to others. The kindness and professionalism we received here came a long way. We were very appreciative.”

“The lady(Ivana) was very helpful. We went there first time by a chance and thereafter went there several times. This is one shop for photo, UPS, notary etc. She helped us to correct the basic mistake we were making for passport application and it was really helpful. I shall highly recommend this place. Only complain is that she does not provide digital copy of photo which is sometimes necessary in future.”

“This is by far the best UPS Store I’ve been to. Even when it’s incredibly busy and the line is out the door, the owner is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind to every customer. He never seems rushed and always takes the time to provide excellent service with a smile. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Every visit is a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!”

“I did a quick google search when I wanted to move from California, Sacramento to India, Mysore. UniRelo was the first link that popped up and made the call. Usha was so helpful from the moment we made the first call to the time we loaded our stuff to a 20 feet container. UniRelo was very professional about the communication and rules about the things that we could carry and the one with duty. They were also very honest about the container availability due to Covid whereas none of the other companies were mentioning about this. They also helped us make the decision whether to go with LCL or FCL. This was just half the work, once the container was received in India, Shankar from UniRelo team handled everything for us. Again very professional at the destination too, everything was communicated through emails beforehand helped us with the custom clearance at the Bangalore office too. The India team also were professional with the move and none of the items were damaged. The entire move from US, California to India, Mysore door to door took 63 days. I am very happy with the UniRelo service and highly recommend Unirelo to everyone looking to make the big move.”

I drove out to Aria printing and shipping and they were so very nice they said yes they can do what I need done they put it together right there as I was there and told me to come back in an hour and it would be ready to pick up and it was and it turned out beautiful if I could give out 10 Stars I would I would recommend this business highly. I would add photos to show their work but I'd like to keep my grandson's identity private.”

“This UPS Store always makes everything easy, and everyone there is so friendly. Amazon returns are quick and convenient, whether you use the kiosk or go to the counter. “Wow! I never felt so compelled to write a review so soon. Nu at the post office was so friendly, efficient, and skilled at what she does. She notice the person in front of me had a UPS package and directed him to go to the UPS store instead (saved everyone time). I saw and heard her reaffirm another customer of the timeline of her mail. Her level of care is awesome. I was in and out in perhaps 7 minutes, if that. I came in a weekday around 4:15pm and very short line!”

“Today there was no line and it was perfect as I was returning a large box. I could barely carry it to the counter and the lady on the receiving end leaned all the way to help pick it up out of my hands. It was an amazon package I was returning. Besides UPS shipping they have notary, printing, passport service, fax, pack and ship, mailbox etc. I used their notary service earlier and it was fast and efficient.”
