“This is not a retail location, so customer service takes employees away from their tasks so service can be a bit slow.However, you can drop Priority Mail packages there before the last Oakland truck leaves (don't expect a scan, the bins are on the dock), and they can get you mail pieces that need a signature if you have the paper from the mailman.”

She is usually the only employee so you may have wait times but the office is a lovely environment so I don't mind. She also gets through everyone fast without reducing the quality or kindness of her work. She prefers cash or venmo but takes other payment forms as well. Highly recommend!”
