Staff is polite. Service can be slow. They make good use of text communication. Lines can be long.

I would like to thank customer service , Ms Minixia for her kindness. I called to arrange to pay for items that a student needed so the student can do her lab. Ms Minixia offered to pay for it herself. All the student needed to do was pick it up from the store. Thank you for going above and beyond. I appreciate you!

love the safeway pharmacy in fremont, ca, on washington blvd. the pharmacists and staff are very caring and professional. they are also great about giving the j&j covid vaccinations. i'll go there for all my vaccinations from now on! thank you.
