“*Units are ready for move as planned. If you buy their lock it is waiting for you on the floor when you roll up the door.
Staff is very professional, know their business and are willing to help with anything at their disposal that can get the job done.
**As of (03/20/2026): A pleasant update as I get ready to move into my 3rd unit (in total/concurrently).
Again, I find on-site personnel are spot on! Dale, wonderful representative for the company has useful, relevant information .
He thoroughly helped me set up the unit on the app. He doesn't belittle you nor does he hesitate to expedite the entire rental process.
I'm truly grateful for the positive situation.
Thanks for the cleanliness of the property, ease of entry and certainly most of all, kudos to Dale for his guidance.
***03/31/26: Continuing on the aforementioned comments, I'm happy to store my valuables at your facility.
****04/15/26: I continue to have only the best service from the Albrae, Fremont team members.

“I just want to say, Joseph who works at the front desk was absolutely on it, so kind and courteous and such a trustworthy guy. Some people tried flying through the gate when it was opened and he was so quick to make sure the people actually had a unit there and that they punch in their code (both for alarm reasons and other tenants safety of possessions). My code also had some access issues and he was quick to resolve and competent in his job juties. Would highly recommend the facility just because I know this guy is going to take care of the facility.”
“Warm springs self storage management is well organized. Getting a unit is a breeze from start to finish. The place is neat and smells good. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place for your belongings.”
“Update June 3: I finally spoke to the front office representative who was understanding and heard my reasoning and what happened, I felt heard and the rep promised to look into the matter and see what they can do, next day I received a call and we reached a very fair settlement, I’d say it went more in my favor this time considering I had two issues that were mostly my fault, so I’m editing my review because I was treated fairly and have absolutely no problem paying for my mistakes when due.
The rep was professional and delivered on what was discussed, I appreciate that so I’m moving my review to 5 stars.
I was given literally 5 hours to come take back a 1 foot wooden trolley, literally during a work day and the only reason I’m using storage is to facilitate my move to another city.
As if people had Batman cars and private helicopters, I was charged 75 dollars, it’s not about money, I understand I broke the rules and that’s on me, but giving me a 5 hours ultimatum is ridiculous and clearly it’s only setting up people for failure to grab more money, it’s a predatory tactic and now I understand why they offer very cheap first month fee, they want you to forget things, they want you to suffer, they want you to be late, they know you will make a mistake, and that’s the entire business model in a nutshell.
I’m going to get my stuff and never use this service again, I’d rather donate or throw away my things.”
“This is a storage place to trust. I’ve had a few storage places in the area. This one I like a lot. Not only are their rates the best around, but they really keep a good eye on everything there. I feel safe with my experience so far.
When I need anything at all, the office personnel have always been kk d and helpful. I love this place..”

“I did a quick google search when I wanted to move from California, Sacramento to India, Mysore. UniRelo was the first link that popped up and made the call. Usha was so helpful from the moment we made the first call to the time we loaded our stuff to a 20 feet container. UniRelo was very professional about the communication and rules about the things that we could carry and the one with duty. They were also very honest about the container availability due to Covid whereas none of the other companies were mentioning about this. They also helped us make the decision whether to go with LCL or FCL.
This was just half the work, once the container was received in India, Shankar from UniRelo team handled everything for us. Again very professional at the destination too, everything was communicated through emails beforehand helped us with the custom clearance at the Bangalore office too. The India team also were professional with the move and none of the items were damaged. The entire move from US, California to India, Mysore door to door took 63 days. I am very happy with the UniRelo service and highly recommend Unirelo to everyone looking to make the big move.”

“If you are needing to rent a storage container while doing a remodel, I can't recommend Endeavour Storage enough!!!! We just went through an 6 month remodel. We had to move out our entire first floor. Like most people, I thought my best option was PODS. So I booked them. However, another family on our street was remodeling too. I saw an Endeavour Storage container on their driveway and called for a quote. PODS was going to charge me $319 a month for a 16 foot container. Endeavour-$95 a month for the exact same size!!!! Our Endeavour container just got picked up today after we decided to keep it for 2 extra months so we could do our garage. Over the course of the 8 months, we saved almost $1800!!!! Not to mention that the customer service was exceptional with Endeavour!!! After going over budget on the remodel ?, it was nice to save a lot of money on our storage container!!!!!!”

“Yesterday I took delivery of the container which will carry everything I will need to take with me to because Texan again. I was born in Austin, grew up in Lubbock, & have lived for 53 years 45 miles North of the Golden Gate Bridge. I'm 78, and I'm looking forward to starting this new season of life. And it got a GREAT start yesterday when Dakota managed to 1) find the right driveway for the ranch, &, 2) managed to fit the container into the very tight space we have for parking. I'm already very impressed with this company, & today I hired, through them, 2 professional movers to come and pack this thing like a suitcase on a Saturday morning.
