“Roxane is so wonderful and she provides excellent customer service! This is the second time I have come to this location for storage and it’s been a great experience both times!”
“Nasir’s, apologize on the spelling if wrong. But she was very patient, very professional in helping me this past weekend. I prefer not to say anything about my personal situation, but she was very very helpful and understanding. Also so was their DM, them both together willing to work with me. When they didn't have to, these days no one is even willing to listen to what you have to say. But I do recommend this location, prices may vary and be a lil high but so is everything else. Food, gas, etc . But they did provide excellent service, so did the gentleman who I spoke to on the 1800 number , I forgot his name. But the employee inside the office, the manager, and customer service representative. All there of them don't just deserve a good job and a thank you, they deserve for public storage company to buy them lunch. At least this one time just for each one of them, so them three know they made a difference, are respected and appreciated. We also just said how high prices are, some hopefully they get a good well deserved type of lunch not a little cheap $10 bag of chips and a soda.”
“Good experience and very helpful and respectful. I came in too make a bill payment and I didnt understand the rl8ce jump and now I understand after she explained. I paid the bill with Nasira.”
“I’ve had this storage unit for about 10-15 years. Never a problem with payment. Always excellent communication. It’s clean, never had a problem getting a flat cart. I would use them again in the future.”

“After shopping around for storage in the area, i ultimately chose Extra Space in Newark.
By comparison, the facility was exceptionally clean and cool.
And Sanjay and Manager Janelle were professional, friendly and helpful with all of my questions.”
