“Currently I'm helping my mom with getting a unit for her living situation has changed. I don't live in California, so it was great to have such a wonderful customer service agent. The lady I spoke with helped me with getting into a space that is not only going to save me money but my mother will be able to access her unit with ease due to her disability. It can be really hard dealing with a love ones "stuff." However, I'm super happy my mother will have peace of mine and I'll be saving money right before the Holidays.”

“NASIRA IS THE BEST!!!! :-D I was feeling very stressed because I needed to clear out my entire storage unit in a short amount of time. Nasira, the employee on shift while I was there, saw me while she was running her rounds through the halls. She was SO INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and KIND and BEYOND HELPFUL!!! I'm tearing up remembering this, because it made me feel like my Mom or sister was there helping me. She helped me sort things, lift things, bag things up, held doors open for me, helped me navigate the wheely carts through the narrow halls, and helped me bring things down from the unit and onto my truck. I mean she truly went ABOVE & BEYOND and I AM SO GRATEFUL!!!! Thank you so much, Nasira! You turned what was a very stressful situation into a fun activity and you completely lifted my spirits!
