“We’ve been working with them for almost a decade, and they have consistently provided excellent service. We have printed referral pads, business cards, flyers, and many other materials with them, and the quality has always been very good. Their staff is professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They understand our needs, communicate clearly, and usually deliver everything on time. In the Bay Area, they are one of the most reliable printing partners we have worked with. We truly appreciate their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality printing and dependable support.”

“If I could give them 100 stars I would! We needed a 12' long banner at the last minute because our previous one was lost. Silicon Valley Graphics and specifically LoAnn were absolutely amazing! They made us a banner within a few hours and saved the day! Thank you LoAnn! Thank you Silicon Valley Graphics!”

“Good quality products, very reliable people. Called me back to help me through the permit process. On time and even installed a electrical disconnect at no extra cost, it was not part of the estimate.”

“Always a professional and seamless experience at this location. Annie and Christian have always been so sweet and helpful. They even went above and beyond to help me with a certain request that wasn’t even meant for them. Really appreciate their willingness to help and the positive energy they both bring!”

“After reading the previous reviews. Any place can have it's a good day and a bad day. places that I rate as five star one day can be a one star the next. My post is more to those who need to ship next day. My experience was with Rachel, who was awesome today. They do take care of their customers, and since most customers are not 100% ready, that means we wait for that. I think that's what drives most low ratings. Have your ducks in a row, all seems to go great The cut off at this location for East Coast, so ideally you need to be here by 4:45 to make that cut. The trucks leave between 455 and 505pm. You do need to ask for the packaging that is generally left out at other locations. A bit frustrating. But, just ask. If you get here, and you miss it, take your package and head south to the Dado street center, there are little to no supplies there, so grab packaging here, and scoot. East Coast at Dado is 530pm. This where their truck goes to. Every stores pickup is different now.”
