Her co-worker whose name I forgot to ask acknowledged me while I was waiting in line with a warm gesture and very professional about her job. I see here that, among all Google reviews, the two most quote unquote relevant reviews at the top of the list are negative reviews by Indians. There are a lot of Indian immigrants in Dublin/Pleasanton. I think they don't know how to appreciate American way of things. They should be much more appreciative of how wonderful these two female staff are at Fedex Office location on 6070 Johnson Drive in Pleasanton. Some of the best customer service I have got in my entire life!”
