I work with Cloud trucks and owner operator Glenn into the dealership and I thought it was just an oil leak from the bottom of the pan, but it was my gasket from the bottom of the pan and another part of the top of the engine that was a gasket leak also my diff system, Harvey blew me back with handling all of it from the mechanic. They made me feel welcome and for all the work that I had done there I thought I’ll be there for a week. I was there for 24 hours. They let me know every step of the way I will be coming back I mean, just very very good hospitality towards drivers I’ve never felt so welcome and I just want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for just being who you guys were, which is human beings and breaking it down to help me understand some things and even though I’m not a new driver, I only have 11 years in education so thank you. “I called and asked for a replacement tire and within 2 minutes they had an answer for me: they were the only ones in town with my tire size. When i got there i asked them for additional service which i had forgot to request over the phone and they were glad to help! I needed my entire passenger set of lugnuts replaced and a used tire. The tire was great condition with alot of tread and from my experience most other shops in town arent as willing to sell you brand new lugnuts. Thank you for your speedy service! From the time of my call to finished repair was about 30 minutes and that includes my drive to them”

“I went in to get one of my tires patched. I ended up buying all 4 tires plus rims. The tires were used but were in mint conditon. The rims are also in really good shape. I paid a really good price for everything. Joe is a straight forward guy. Very honest very respectful.The whole time I was talking with Joe he always had a smile on his face. I will be doing business with joe for a long time. Very affordable place if your looking to purchase new or used tires. Joe works with your budget and does not try to over sell you anything. “Hector and sons are my new mechanics. They are honest, knowledgeable, decent people. June 2025 I brought my 2017 Toyota Prius in for a unknown clicking sound. I informed him that i commute for work so the car needed to be in good shape.Hector informed me it was unfortunatly an internal problem regarding my transmission. Upon arriving to the shop he and his son put my car up and showed me thier concerns and provided me with their suggestions. I had also ask him to check on my head gasket (long story how that came about) but what he said and found made sense.
Hector found me a used low mileage transmission and they did all the repairs including changing my motor mounts (I paid for the parts) without additional charge since they were already taking everything off, he wanted to save me money in the future because they were going out (I had been told to hav them.changed by a different mechanic previously).
I have now been driving my car (alot) and it runs like new. They did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Hector and Sons. I will be going back for any other work.”

Recommended by the outfit we buy our vehicles from and they were spot on - these folks run a tidy professional business and make sure their ducks are properly lined up before starting the job ensuring the final results are a completely satisfied customer who appreciates honest direct feedback and service.
They handled the extended warranty to save us time and energy plus provided the appropriate suggestions on how to (or not) handle off-road environments when rogue urges strike in what was perceived to be a vehicle capable of such departures from common sense.
Admonishments aside, Joe has old school charm, charisma and speaks both in professional and layman's language making it easy for all to follow the dialog, sprinkled with anecdotal references to keep the conversation light and entertaining.
This is the place everyone can feel comfortable knowing you'll get treated respectfully and with the expectation work will be executed expeditiously and within budget.

“I had my motorhome wheel alignment done at Hewitt. From the very start Tony treated me as a valued customer. First his team drove it to ensure no other issues are present, and then they proceeded with the service. At the time I was picking the motorhome, Tony had one of the mechanics (Thank you Jose) drive with me to check on my driving style. Tony recommended to install Safety-Plus. I wanted to do it myself, but due to time considerations I asked them to do it. Again they surpassed my expectations. They needed to manufacture a custom U-bolt and they did it on the spot. The owner is honest and employees do the great work, this is how America should be. I wanted to add that I had my first camping trip and the motorhome drove straight and stable. Major improvement in stability.”

my bf and i were on a road trip from reno to los angeles and our car starting driving weird 3 hours in. we were in manteca and found this shop nearby. although they were super busy, the owner was kind enough to fit us because we told him we were on a road trip. he scanned our car to figure out the problem, which was just the one of the coil plugs. he went out to get to product and got us back on the road in just a little over an hour! we could not have been more grateful to have found his shop. he also gave us a discount because we are college students, which we found really sweet. we also loved how he had cute trinkets that you can take for free. he was really nice as well. again, definitely recommend this shop.”

Robles auto repair is the first place I saw and by far the best mechanics I didn’t have to go through any hassle I brought my car to them my timing belt snapped off we bought a used engine the guys motor swapped it buying new parts and cleaning ever inch of the engine really detailed work 1000/10 rate for this shop and customer service was great these guys really go above and beyond there suggestions are gonna be the best ones they really look out for you and your car needs”
