“Definitely my FAVE dealership! From Greg, to Geo, to Javier, it’s just been consistent and top notch service since the day we first stepped into Tracy Mazda! I’m telling y’all, it just always feels like family 💕 We signed up for the wheel and tire protection and boy did that come in clutch when I suddenly got a nail in my tire the day before a family trip!!! Javier got me in the same day even though it was such short notice and made sure we were taken care of ☺ I suggest getting the windshield protection too because I don't think Ive gone a year on these bay area streets without rocks flying at me on the freeway lol Trust me when I say you’ll love this branch and this crew! They are freaking amazing!!!”
“After being a victim of a 4 car pileup on I-680 southbound last Tuesday, to help out the party who hit me I decided to just charge them for the parts I procured from a salvage yard in Modesto and with the aid of my son fix it up to make sure I don't run up the labor costs. Well, after my 1st visit to the salvage yard and obtaining the front, rear bumper assembly, radiator, broken passenger side light, I thought I could pull it off. It was extremely time consuming for me and my son and we managed to get the front bumper off but what next. After giving up on Friday, I decided to venture out and ask for bids from various shops. 1st one was $1300 and I still had to get the needed parts. No thank you. Next was the shop across from Carlos. I let the car stay with him for a few hours. He simply said we can fix the radiator as long as you get the support frame and the adjoining struts out and get the new parts. Duh. My son and I arrived close to 5 pm but the guy was gone. That's when I approached Carlos and he told me he will do the job after looking at a few photos with his employee. I was excited there's hope and over the weekend was making plans on what if the our attempts fail on Monday. This morning I approached Carlos with high hopes and he immediately suggested we go to Modesto to get more parts and he offered to drive me to Modesto in his pickup truck to bring those parts. What an amazing service. Along the way I learnt about him and his family and I could tell how honest and hardworking he was. We approached the place and this is where Spanish comes in very handy. We got all the parts needed and his guys were busy pulling all of the parts to make room for the new ones we were coming back with. We dropped off at around 12:00 pm and I got a call at 3 pm that the car is ready. My jaws literally dropped to see the amazing work they all did and at a fraction of the cost! I highly recommend this fantastic angel of a mechanic.”
“They are the best but unfortunately now my family can no longer use them due to only being open 6.5 hrs a day and closed on weekends unfortunately a lot of us still work full time jobs!!”

I am very impressed with my 2 visits to Tracy Honda Service Department. After having a nightmare visit at Price Honda in Turlock, Tracy Honda was able to resolve my new care software update issue in one visit. Steve, the service advisor, was very attentive and responsive to my car's needs. Although it took almost 5 hours, their technician was able to diagnose and correct the problem. I'm very impressed with Tracy Honda and plan to take my 2026 Passport there for a future needs even though the dealership is about an hour away from my home in Turlock.”

“I was traveling from Southern California to Washington and my engine alarm light came on. Riley Auto Parts said it was anything from a gear issue to a.Timing belt. They sent me to the BrakeMaster who said they could not do anything but sent me over to City Garage. The lady said she could not get me in for a week, but just then the phone rang for Angelo and he came out. He looked at the paper in her hand and said have you checked the oil. I said yes, but it was down a quart and he said, “pop the hood” and out he came and he filled it up. Cleared the code. He said that you should be good to get home. I was so relieved. I was told this repair would take at least three or four days to a week. I got home safely! Thank you, Angelo. You are an angel indeed!”

“I took my car to them to diagnose a check engine light, they were so nice! He spent some time checking the issue and talking to us gave us recommendation, we offered to pay him for his time and he said no. It's not often you come across a shop like that. I know going to the dealer they charge to even read the code! I will for sure use them in the future!!”
“My car suddenly started having trouble accelerating on my long drive from Socal to Norcal and I was so lucky to have this happen where I could pull off the highway and in here. Even though it was Saturday at 5pm and they were very busy, they took me in. They stayed hours late for me and were so diligent at figuring out and testing to find the well-hidden problem in my old car and then they fixed it same night! Even though I was very much in a bind and they could have charged anything, they gave me a more than fair price and I was able to finish my drive that night. They are lovely people and they do everything they can for you. I cannot recommend them enough.Service: Steering/Suspension”

“Took my 2009 Escape in when the check engine light came on. My brother had told me I needed new spark plugs. Dan asked me if I wanted to just go by what my brother said or do a diagnosis. I opted for the diagnosis and am very glad I did. One of my injectors was bad. Total cost for one injector and 6 plugs was a LOT cheaper than other shops and they communicated with both my brother and me as to the progress of the job. Save yourself grief, go here first!”
