“Went in since I believed my Miata alternator was squealing and needed a rebuild. Instead of just taking my money and doing the job they offered to have me pop the hood and listen for the squeal. Though of course it didn't make the sound then, the guy pointed out that my crank pulley wasn't running true. Saved me from wasting money on a non-issue and refused any compensation, these guys are a 10/10.”
