People were super nice. But it took 90 minutes to get in a car. It was cheap, but I lost a lot of time here.

Set up a car rental with Expedia on-line. I have had trouble in the past with car rentals adding extra charges. This one had a long line at the airport busy Budget location. But Vehicle and agreement were what I ordered. No extra charges and drop off was very easy.
