Poor customer service, waited 2 hours for a car and didn't get the vehicle I wanted, it wasn't even close, so I ending up paying twice as much in gas than I budgeted for.

Reserved the car but they didn’t hold it for us. They didn’t even seem to care that we were left with no vehicle at a new place. WORST SERVICE EVER
