About Thrifty Car Rental - Fresno Yosemite International Airport
Thrifty Car Rental at Fresno Yosemite International Airport offers a huge selection of vehicles and unbeatable rental car deals, including discounts for prepaying. The rental and return process is often smooth, with many customers finding their vehicle comfortable, reasonably priced, and in good condition for long drives. Customer service is frequently excellent, with representatives described as friendly, personable, and accommodating.
However, experiences with vehicle availability can be inconsistent. Some customers have a confirmed rental but find no vehicles available at their pickup time, resulting in long waits. The booked vehicle class is sometimes unavailable, leading to an upgrade. Occasionally, customers are not given a choice of vehicle and may receive one with issues, requiring a return and further wait for a replacement. While service is often praised, improvement on inventory management is needed according to some reviews.

The very best car rental experience of my life. From pickup to drop off I couldn’t believe how easy and convenient it was. Price was good and the vehicle was perfect for our needs. Just awesome.

The extra fees are obnoxious. First bill $1268. Final bill $2737.80
