About Budget Car Rental

Budget Car Rental at Fresno Airport has received mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting individuals like Gale and Nelle for their exceptional service and professionalism. Customers noted that staff members were supportive during stressful situations, such as last-minute travel changes or vehicle issues. One customer expressed gratitude for a quick resolution to a tire problem, praising the phone customer service and staff at the airport for providing a replacement car seamlessly. However, some reviews pointed out challenges, such as being short-staffed and having to find and set up the car independently. Issues with the rental cars, like missing maps on large screens and difficulties connecting phones, were also mentioned. Overall, while Budget Car Rental offers commendable customer service, there are areas for improvement in efficiency and vehicle readiness that may affect the rental experience.
