“Hi my name is Jodie East and I give them 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Their customer service was truly outstanding — friendly, professional, and efficient. The quality of the tint is top-tier, and the ceramic tint has made a noticeable difference. It helps keep the car warm when it’s cold and significantly cooler during Fresno’s intense heat. The results looked amazing immediately — my car looked noticeably better the moment they pulled it out front. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering window tinting. Scheduling was quick and easy. I called on Saturday and had my appointment set for that Monday. My friend loved the results so much that she booked her own appointment as soon as she saw my car!”

“For years, I have been a ride-share driver; and my car-interior was over-due for a cleaning.. Danny quoted me a very reasonable price, which included a discount for my military and public school teacher service.. Enrique did the cleaning: He did an all-around very good job.. I highly recommend”

Hunter had great communication throughout the whole process, was professional and came through with the results! Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle here. Look forward to doing more business here. Thanks Hunter”

“It's a good carwash and the money is going to good hardworking people. I'm not going to wash my own car on a hot summer day, so I'm not going to complain about it on here like the man babies on the reviews. It's a car wash not a life changing experience and the world is expensive.”

“The amount of work and dedication they do towards their job is like no other. David did an amazing job describing in detail all the services they offer. He was very professional and showed a great sense of urgency towards my needs. They were great at working with my schedule, which is fantastic. Definitely booking with them again.”

“Rico was very personable and professional. He also went above and beyond for me. Sunday night someone broke into my car. They pushed the control for my headlights in so they were in a hole. He checked for me to make sure they were working. He then pulled the unit out where now it's sitting where I can easily turn them on. I appreciate all the help he gave me.”

“I took in my terrain to get Detailed after i went through this narrow road up in the mountains where trees branches scractched both sides as if it got keyed by someone. I honestly didnt think Abraham would be able to completly buff it out. I was suprised when i went to pick up my car & seen that he had buffed out all the scratches! He even made my headlights look newer. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to get their car detailed. Thanks again !”

“My car was an absolute disaster after driving from the Bay Area to Fresno. The seats got dirty from the kids but they got them all cleaned up. I am more than satisfied with the service they provided. I give them a 10++++ detail but wow, was I blown away! Set up was extremely simple. There were a few time adjustments but it all worked out. I gave them my keys to perform the detail. They were extremely friendly and always had a smile. I stepped out to run a few errands and he contacted me when he was done. When I approached the car, I would see the shine from across the street! The outside was awesome, and the wheels definitely shined. I opened the door to check the inside, blown away. It was like a new car. The floor mats were slick, I checked the nooks and crannies(including center console) but couldn't locate any dirt/dust at all. The trunk was the same level. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Great job PTWService: Auto detailing”

“I have gone to this place off and on since it opened. The owners name is Craig and he is very helpful and kind. It needs some TLC and it looks a little rough, but you can't beat the prices and the service $4 gets you a decent wash and rinse. $1 gets you at least a rinse. It is based in quarters and tokens. You get so much time per dollar spent. There is a change machine if you need quarters. $1 for each Armorall sponge and each microfiber towel. $1 for vacuum use which also is based on a certain amount of time. Support this locally owned business!”

“I’ve been looking for hand wash only car wash spots in Fresno to help protect the paint on my car, and I found McKinley Hand Car Wash and Detail on Google and Yelp. The reviews were higher than most car washes in Fresno, and honestly, for car washes in this area, anything over three stars usually means it’s actually pretty good. Most hand car wash places in Fresno are extremely busy, so when I pulled in and saw a few cars ahead of me, I actually took that as a good sign. The entrance is off McKinley near First, and you’ll see signs directing you back toward the alley where the car wash entrance is. The process is simple. You pull up, an employee comes over, and they ask if you want inside and outside done. They write a number on a yellow piece of paper and hand it to you, and you leave your keys with them. They vacuum the car first, then move it to one of the wash bays. After that, it gets pulled to the front where they dry it, clean the windows, wipe down the interior, and go over everything in detail. Start to finish, it took about 45 minutes, which is exactly what I would expect for a somewhat busy hand wash place that is doing both the interior and exterior. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance, so I walked over and grabbed some pho while they worked on the car and came back when they were almost done. What I really liked was how professional they were and how hard everyone was working. They were constantly cleaning, then rechecking their work to make sure they didn’t miss anything. If they saw something they didn’t like, they went back and fixed it. You can tell they take pride in their work. You pay at the end by giving them the yellow paper with your number on it, and the price lines up with the menu pricing for the type of vehicle and wash you selected. My car looked great when they were done, and I would definitely come back. I would say this place is as good as, if not better than, most of the other hand car wash places in Fresno. If you’re looking for a good hand wash in Fresno and want your car taken care of properly, I would definitely recommend this place.”
