The quality of the tint is top-tier, and the ceramic tint has made a noticeable difference. It helps keep the car warm when it’s cold and significantly cooler during Fresno’s intense heat.

“Rico was very personable and professional. He also went above and beyond for me. Sunday night someone broke into my car. They pushed the control for my headlights in so they were in a hole. He checked for me to make sure they were working. He then pulled the unit out where now it's sitting where I can easily turn them on. I appreciate all the help he gave me.”

$4 gets you a decent wash and rinse. $1 gets you at least a rinse. It is based in quarters and tokens.
You get so much time per dollar spent. There is a change machine if you need quarters. $1 for each Armorall sponge and each microfiber towel.
$1 for vacuum use which also is based on a certain amount of time.

“I’ve been looking for hand wash only car wash spots in Fresno to help protect the paint on my car, and I found McKinley Hand Car Wash and Detail on Google and Yelp. The reviews were higher than most car washes in Fresno, and honestly, for car washes in this area, anything over three stars usually means it’s actually pretty good.
Most hand car wash places in Fresno are extremely busy, so when I pulled in and saw a few cars ahead of me, I actually took that as a good sign. The entrance is off McKinley near First, and you’ll see signs directing you back toward the alley where the car wash entrance is.
The process is simple. You pull up, an employee comes over, and they ask if you want inside and outside done. They write a number on a yellow piece of paper and hand it to you, and you leave your keys with them. They vacuum the car first, then move it to one of the wash bays. After that, it gets pulled to the front where they dry it, clean the windows, wipe down the interior, and go over everything in detail.
Start to finish, it took about 45 minutes, which is exactly what I would expect for a somewhat busy hand wash place that is doing both the interior and exterior. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance, so I walked over and grabbed some pho while they worked on the car and came back when they were almost done.
What I really liked was how professional they were and how hard everyone was working. They were constantly cleaning, then rechecking their work to make sure they didn’t miss anything. If they saw something they didn’t like, they went back and fixed it. You can tell they take pride in their work.
You pay at the end by giving them the yellow paper with your number on it, and the price lines up with the menu pricing for the type of vehicle and wash you selected.
My car looked great when they were done, and I would definitely come back. I would say this place is as good as, if not better than, most of the other hand car wash places in Fresno. If you’re looking for a good hand wash in Fresno and want your car taken care of properly, I would definitely recommend this place.”

One of the workers saw that I paid for the person in front of me because she wasn’t able to pay, he was so kind and gave me an upgrade on my car wash. I told him it wasn’t necessary, but he insisted and his kind gesture really made my day. I highly recommend Rise and Shine Car Wash! Not only because Ronnie did such a kind act, but also because my car looks amazing! Great place, easy in and out access, kind employees and definitely rids all the dirt off your car!”

I gave them my keys to perform the detail. They were extremely friendly and always had a smile. I stepped out to run a few errands and he contacted me when he was done. When I approached the car, I would see the shine from across the street! The outside was awesome, and the wheels definitely shined. I opened the door to check the inside, blown away. It was like a new car. The floor mats were slick, I checked the nooks and crannies(including center console) but couldn't locate any dirt/dust at all. The trunk was the same level. “Husband usually likes to wash his own car but with the triple digits, no way! He took his car in today and got 'the works' . He was happy with both the interior and exterior. Like mentioned earlier, we've had triple digit weather and he preferred to take the car in for a wash. Please be kind to the employees. They are paid employees and accept tips if you're happy with their work. Observed a customer appear to be very appreciative and happy with how clean her car was but tipped with a Handful of change (was probably no more than 50 cents). The young man (probably no older than 18) thanked her and accepted the tip. I felt bad for him. You are not required to tip! If you choose to, don't forget to carry extra cash.”
