FedEx assistant was very helpful and informative without being annoyed. She explained to me that their facility is best for drop-offs but that it is better to go to a FedEx store to send a package. Stores are able to print labels.

I didn't realize it could be this easy. I agree with the other reviewers, this is a really nice fed ex location. I needed service at a weird time of night and they helped me very quickly and kindly.
