“This UPS Store has become the only shipping location I trust. I’ve been to plenty of other stores, and none of them even come close to the level of service I receive here. The manager, Claire, is truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond are what make this store stand out. Honestly, if it weren’t for Claire, this location would be just like the others I’ve tried and some of those experiences were pretty rough. She’s the reason I keep coming back. “Whoever finally had the idea to open a shipping store in the area wins. I’ve been here multiple times for amazon returns and staff has always been helpful and fast. I shipped with them for the first time today and was helped by Ammity and Becca, both great attitudes and really made the store feel like a local neighborhood shipping shop!”
“Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Ryan. My wife walked into horn photo looking to buy the Sony a7r V. She had tried one out when we were on a vacation and she really liked it, but she wasn’t really comfortable with it. We took our old Nikon SLR‘s into trade for the Sony and Ryan was like why are you switching to Sony when you’re used to Nikon. I believe we literally sat there for almost 2 hours talking about both cameras and him educating my wife about the Nikon Z8. Both of the bodies are the same price so it wasn’t like he was trying to upsell her. He just wanted to make sure that she was super comfortable with her decision. So he suggested that we rent the Nikon for a couple of days before we make that big investment. Ryan doesn’t work on commission he just loves his job so much that he wants to make sure his customers know what they’re getting into and that it’s not a lifelong regret. Ryan, thank you again for all your time. I really appreciate it. We haven’t finalized our purchase yet because we just rented the Nikon, but I know we’ll be doing our business with Horn photo. Thanks again Ryan for all your time. Much appreciated. You deserve a huge raise.”

“I chose to go to Bays Printing after I read the rave reviews. This guy David sounded too good to be true, met expectations quickly and sometimes ahead of schedule, and did professional quality printing. I was a bit wary about going in when I arrived at his location on Blackstone south of Shields. There were bars on the windows and door, but I was there and I wanted to see how I felt about this guy David. I could tell him I was just getting estimates and leave quickly if I felt uncomfortable. But it was just the opposite. I felt like I had come home. I was greeted warmly, given good advice on my project, and liked the estimate! I was there in an afternoon and my printing job was ready for pick up the next morning. Did I like what I saw when I looked at the finished product. Yes! Would I bring printing jobs to David again? Yes! Would I recommend him to friends and family? Yes! And did I think David was "too good to be true?" No! He was truly, truly good--a good person and kind to this old woman!”
