The geek-squad exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job installing my stereo. I purchased everything at Bestbuy, booked the installation 2 weeks out and dropped off the vehicle. Installation took an hour and employees
delivered professional customer service.

Could be more knowledgeable in the computer areas. Should not be too quick to tell customers to throw away their stuff and buy a new one. Didn't really give great opinions or other options on what the problems could be. Like I said, quick to say, throw your item away and buy a new one.
