Could be more knowledgeable in the computer areas. Should not be too quick to tell customers to throw away their stuff and buy a new one. Didn't really give great opinions or other options on what the problems could be. Like I said, quick to say, throw your item away and buy a new one.

My computer that I purchased from Best Buy stopped working so I took it to geek squad because I thought it would be faster but they didn’t have availability until 3 days later. I was upset because I need my computer to run a business. I decided to go elsewhere.
