“We bought a beautiful fountain at the Pot Farm Backyard. It was delivered and set up by two very pleasant young men. I thought the set up would include attaching the pump to the waterline. It was just filled with a garden hose. It would be nice to have known that a set up would just include filling up the fountain with a hose.. I was told I did not request delivery and set up when I ordered the fountain, so a price for setup was not established. That is not true. My daughter-in-law was with me and admitted I had requested a set up at the time of purchase. She even called my landscaper right then and there and he recommended to include the delivery service since he did not want to take the responsibility of moving it without breaking it. I don’t know anything about installing fountains and a more in- depth explanation of the process would have been great at the time of purchase. The landscaper has to figure out how to get the pump hooked up to the waterline. I was told by the Pot Farm I needed to buy a floater. Once the floater is attached and a spotlight has been put in, the fountain will be a beautiful focal point in our new backyard. There was a great choice of fountains and I am very pleased with the one I picked out. The owner did add the rustic looking spouts at a discounted price. That was much appreciated. Thank you. I wish Pot Farm Backyard much continued success with the business.”

“One of my favorite spots to go to. I prefer this one over the rest in Fresno and Clovis. The customer service is Excellent, always ready to help. If you have any bad experiences here, I would just attribute it to that associate having a bad day, because it happens.”

“Went to the Lowe's on Blackstone today to build a DIY grass patch for my sister's senior dog. John and Janson were incredibly helpful—John went above and beyond with amazing customer service, and Janson was super chill and assisted us too. If you need help with a project, definitely ask for these two. Thanks again, guys!”

“Very, very very nice staff!! Everyone that we saw..about 8 people as we walked down aisles, asked us if we were finding everything ok. It was a very nice experience. Another girl who was stocking shelves helped us try to locate a certain type of staple for our hammer stapler. She looked for at least 10-20 minutes trying to find the particular type we needed. I'll gladly shop at this store again!!”
