Another girl who was stocking shelves helped us try to locate a certain type of staple for our hammer stapler. She looked for at least 10-20 minutes trying to find the particular type we needed. I'll gladly shop at this store again!!”

When my products I had purchased were delivered one was damaged and the delivery person said he had talked to a person at the office and they had said they will have the replacement product delivered the next day or two and wasn’t delivered until a week and half later”
“A lot of times I would get frustrated at HD because there would be no one around to help, but not today. There was a helpful young man, who helped me find strawberries & the young lady who checked me out was very pleasant & checked on soil for blueberries for me. It was a great experience, unfortunately this store didn't have the soul for my blueberries”
“My shopping today was in the garden section. They have done a bit of rearranging with products along the wall into the store. At first I had a hard time finding small plants stakes, I didn't realize I had walked past them not once but twice! If it was a snake it would have bit me! I did ask where they were located but I guess I was a bit confused. After walking through the plants/flowers/veggies I am getting excited for the weather to warm up a bit! I love my Home Depot!”

“I've been working with them on replacing a street lamp that hit by a car at the end of our driveway. We live in in Iowa and they have been great to work with so far. Hopefully the pole arrives as expected so we can get it installed. I'll provide another update once the project is completed. They've been responsive and very understanding of my questions since I can't see the product directly. So far, so good!”
