Some staff members are noted as very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, lovely, and attentive, providing excellent and stress-free service. However, customer service representatives are sometimes described as not very friendly, not very warm or engaging, and seeming like they don't want to be bothered. The store's sizing system for items like suit vests is preferred over other retailers. While the shoe department can be very tidy, the ladies fitting rooms have been seen as shabby, dirty, disorganized, and messy. Some customers express a strong loyalty and spend serious cash there, though others note a contrast with the more consistently exemplary service found elsewhere.
I bought a beautiful dress and thw custom service was great. The sales associate honored the online price of the dress which saved me $80 dollars. I was very happy with my purchase. Once thing I forgot to mention. This dress does not have stretch and it ran small so go up a size.
