Don't buy their product. Bought a fridge within 5 months the freezer stopped working they want me to send it to them for evaluation. Shipping from Wisconsin to California will cost 100-150 dollars to ship. If an item stops working within 5 month it should be replaced at no cost.

By appointment, I attempted to pick up before my appointment time but my load was not ready. I was allowed to stay on property in the meantime. Check in with shipping and check if your load is ready or not. There is there is parking on street if you run out of hours. Nice and polite personnel at check in.
