We were on the route and no issues. Then we ran out of gas. When I called, to find out what was going on, they said we were dropped because we have a (12lb) dog, who has been there for the year we had service. Now I’m out of propane with an infant and two toddlers. No notice - nothing. Not acceptable behavior by any standard.
