“We started to smell a rotten egg/skunk smell, knew that could be a natural gas leak and called Dorns Gas. At 12 midnight they showed up and checked everywhere for the leak, they found the leak and repaired it on the spot. The man is still here and is about finished and it's almost 2 in the morning! Best service, best customer service and our family feels safe, thanks to Dorns Gas.”

“6 months ago I rented a truck. I had the truck for 3 days and wasn't charged the extra day. Chris, the owner just charged me the mileage and threw in the extra day. I was confused and gave them an unsavory rating, but I was TOTALLY wrong! The staff were fast and courteous and I wanted to let them know that I didn't forget what they did for me. I strongly recommend this store! I couldn't take back my rating on their website, but I'm here and want to say THANK YOU!”

“If u ever go here , you have to try teriyaki & more. (Not sure if they still have them but), They make and package this delicious sesame seed buñuelo type dessert. I tried some last year and I was ADDICTED, even told everyone in class that day! Haven't gone since but I have always remembered them . I really hope they still make it! “I had a great experience at U-Haul thanks to Duncan Vaughn and another associate at the front counter whose name I believe was Veronica.

Duncan really went above and beyond while we were renting a trailer to transport our belongings and luggage for a trip to Mexico. When he noticed that we didn’t have the necessary trailer lights hooked up, he took the time to help me figure out exactly what we needed. He even checked to see if they had the correct equipment for my vehicle and personally helped install and connect the wiring so that the trailer’s brake lights and turn signals were working properly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, and his extra effort gave us a lot of peace of mind before getting on the road.

I also want to recognize the associate at the front counter, whose name I believe was Veronica. She showed an impressive amount of patience and professionalism. Shortly before helping me, she had dealt with a customer who was being particularly rude and disrespectful, yet she remained calm, composed, and professional throughout the situation.

What stood out to me even more was that she didn’t allow that difficult interaction to affect the way she treated the next customer. She was still pleasant, patient, and helpful while getting my paperwork taken care of and helping me get on my way.

Both employees made the experience memorable for the right reasons. Duncan Vaughn deserves recognition for going out of his way to make sure our trailer was safe and road-ready, and the associate at the front counter deserves recognition for her professionalism and patience under pressure. I really appreciated both of them.”

“My propane tank was locked up by Suburban due to an administrative issue caused by them sending a the bill to an old defunct address and me never getting it. I discover this after a 2 day drive to my cabin which is high in the mountains of Sequoia Natl. Park. Once I talked to Suburban on the phone, we got it straightened out and I had them correct the addresses, phone number and email which were all incorrect. At that point, I informed them I had hauled up $600 worth of food which would spoil unless I got my propane tank unlocked. They offered to send someone on an emergency call out for about $260 dollars to drive up and taken off their lock. I agreed as without propane I could not start up my propane refrigerator. A very nice man drove the 4 hours from Fresno to unlock my tank and I was able to finish opening my cabin, light my refrigerator, hot water heater and cook myself dinner on our gas stove. I am thankful that the man from Suburban made it before my $600 worth of food spoiled. Also, the customer service person on the phone got everything corrected and followed up with me to make sure I was OK and got my tank unlocked which I really appreciated.”
