“Hubby purchased our daughter's promotion gifts here and she loved it! The young lady helping us made my daughters boot buying experience delightful. She even showed us a matching belt that went perfectly with our daughter's choice of boots. The employee spoke Spanish mostly so lucky my daughter is mixed and speaks Spanish as well. We've always passed by this retail shop and have never stopped by. Maybe a sidewalk flag or A frame sign along the side of the main road would help? Aside from not knowing if this place was open, there is plenty of parking, the inside is full of whatever western you can possibly think of. Overall the store is very organized and clean.”

“I was referred to Luis custom boots by the western shop in Old town Clovis. I needed information about 2 pair of vintage boots that belonged to my father. Luis gave me a honest opinion and even allowed me to leave the boots with him to see if he may have an interested customer. So I would say that not only does Luis do expert work as I observed in his shop, He is a good and honest, person!!! If I do have these boots repaired I will have Luis do the work.”
