“I been shopping here for what I think is 4yrs now, might be longer. The owner is a younger gentleman but very knowledgeable about his products and all the staff is very polite.-Upon entering I'm always greeted or acknowledged which to me means a lot. -When new products come out I've been given free samples to try-THE SHOP IS CLEAN! Most smoke shops seam to always be dusty and products look old and cheap. These guys really keep up their shop.-The shop is inviting. Other shops have unpleasant customers hanging around which can make some uncomfortable. This location has none of that.”

“This place not only has a LARGE selection of EVERY product they have, but their employees also have a VAST knowledge of all of the inventory they carry. Whether it's any brand of vape, butane, trays, spray paint, and everything else you'd want... They got it!The employees are super kind and they even have a beautiful female employee who is as pretty on the inside as she is on the outside. Do I get jealous when my bf goes in? Yes. “My go to smoke shop for years now. Everyone who works both at this location and the Clovis location are always extremely knowledgeable about all their products, always treat me with respect and courtesy, and are just generally really very nice, honest, genuine people. Anytime I've had an issue with any product, even after I've already taken it home and even without a receipt love... (of which they absolutely are NOT required to do by any means, and which no other smoke shop ever does to my knowledge... and I really hope this little tidbit doesn't get them into any sort of trouble or give anyone the wrong idea that the exceptions they've made for me which are extremely rare amongst smoke shops everywhere that this is standard practice for them or for anywhere else because it really isn't even with a receipt on the same day even). You can tell that these guys take a lot of pride in their stores- they always have a HUGE selection of anything you might expect to find at a smoke shop, they're always very clean and tidy (unlike plenty of other shops in the greater Fresno area, you know the type...) and probably the biggest thing of all.. their prices. Everything is priced more than fairly. I've had really a LOT of experiences where you go into a smoke shop and the people working there give you some crazy high prices as they try and "feel you out". And are more than happy to charge you however much more they can get out of you. This place is the exact opposite. No shady business practices to speak of. Regardless of who you are or what you may look like.”
