“This place has been a nice and really convenient addition to the community. Each time I've been here, I've been recommended to use their kiosks but never without being reassured staff is happy to help. The times I came in knowing what I want, they were happy to ask and grab what I'm after. They try to be aware and up to date about any ongoing issues, they'll try to let you know if prices are coming up wonky or if the kiosk is acting up. The times I've come in, they were super helpful in making sure I knew the correct prices and super apologetic for the things that didn't work out, I've never had a big problem.
The security staff are awesome too. Every time I'm there, I'm greeted genuinely and asked about my day and get the door held open for me. No one's ever been rude or impatient. ?
We stop here on our neighborhood walks and every guard has kept an eye on all three of my dogs while I pop inside. I've never asked them to and even try to make sure my dogs are tied up out of the way but the team is just so observant. They've let concerned people know my dogs haven't been waiting long or been abandoned, they chased off people who tried to untie them and I even overheard one guy remind a woman who was gonna let her kid go pet them that they should be safe and just wait to ask me. ☺️

“I love this shop!! I travel all the way across town to shop there because the guy who runs the place always awesome. I have been going there for 4 years and i cant beat his prices. There has only been one time i have had an issue with something i bought (manufacturer error) and he immediately offered me a replacement for free to cover the cost. He said someone else didn't like it and it leaked but it must have been operator error because it worked just fine for me. He is always respectful, smiling, and kind. I consider him a friend at this point and am forever loyal to his shop.”

“A lot to choose from in disposable vapes and in juice. The guys are nice but due to the ongoing amount of customers they are a bit rushy.
The vape I got has a defect (it keeps burning even after hitting it so it has not lasted as long as I'm used to) this is not their fault. The one younger person that helped us was a bit confrontational in regards to me talking about buying my vapes on line and the cost difference when I was out of the state. They have a vast amount of glass pipes that are very pretty. A lot to choose from in any smoke type stuff.”
