Not far from freeway. Across from Fresno State. Lock your doors and beware of nonsense. Kinda a rough place and not recommended for a place to stay while ya traveling through town. Not recommended for families or if your looking for peaceful relaxing time.

The rooms are a little beat up, and have some roaches roaming around. Check in was really fast and smooth. They state their policies very clearly. The location is very convenient with a bunch of places to eat nearby, and entertainment within walking distance.
