“It was great. I came in early and I got my fuel. The gas station had a lot of stalls opened so that was very fantastic. If it was so early I wasn't able to go shop inside but if the warehouse is as good as the gas station. I'll definitely make a point to actually shop there very soon.”

“Very interesting place to load at. I say this because the operation is a bit different than what we are used to. With that said if you know what to expect, the process is smooth and pretty quick.
First step when you get to the gate you need to have your load number available. Secondly, the gate won’t tell you but you need to drive all the way around to the other side of the building…go all the way to the gate and you will eventually see the sign for driver check in. Go through the gate and then through the door to the office. Here’s the part that you need to know: have your license, load number, truck and trailer plate number and vehicle number, DOT. In other words you will need everything and more to get checked in. You will need to call a number to confirm your phone number and then they will give you a door. Once you get the green light, pull forward and they will bring paperwork, seal and confirm your trailer. Once completed, turn around and exit through the gate that you entered into.”
“Just came home from shopping here at 9:30 or so PM on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026. I was just paying for my stuff in line when I have two young women ringing me up, all the while gossiping about some pretty inappropriate talk for a cash register at a grocery market. I'm no Karen, trust me I get it...I've worked service jobs before myself. At the same time, us employees in my time never spoke that foul in front of customers, and I'm not even 35 yet. That's just flat out unprofessional. Customers don't want to nor need to hear that kind of stupidity when grocery shopping.
I'm still gonna shop here, but management needs to get their staff up to par with their professionalism.”

“Mattress shopping takes a lot of time since it's costly and is a long-term investment. We hopped around the city visiting several stores, but ended up at Mattress Firm (a second time) due to the great deal and service. We were lucky to have Brandon make the experience easy going. He understood our budget and directed us to a great selection of mattresses where it would fit our budget. Brandon is patient and provided knowledgeable answers to any questions we had. We didn't feel pressured and there were no up-selling either. On top of the already great experience, we were given a good deal on the purchases including the sale that was already happening. The delivery was scheduled within a few days and everything went extremely well.”

“The check in guy was nice and cool. I got here after they had stop letting drivers check in for pickup. So I knew I was going to have to wait til in the morning to get loaded. I think last check in is at 7pm. I pulled up at 9:45pm. He gave me a paper and said we'll call you. So I hop back in the truck and got comfortable, not even an hour my phone rings. Lots of room to bump the dock. Maybe 5-7 parking slots.”
“I have been to all of the Smart & finals in town but this one to me seems a lot smaller than the other ones. However, this place is clean, stocked and the workers are very nice. There doesn't seem to be too many shoppers here so you can get a lot of these sales items here compared to the other stores that are a lot bigger and busier. One thing I have to complain about is that they don't do enough cart runs so the last two times that I was there there were no carts for me to take into the store. I had to come back out to the parking lot to grab a cart to go back into the store with. That may be my only complaint but it's not a really big deal because I know that they are busy and working hard to maintain the store. I do not mind going out and grabbing my cart from the parking lot. Overall, my shopping experience there has always been positive.”

“Overnt parking on the other side at 2525 north ave. About six spots between the St and the gate. If they're full I would just turn around and go back twd the hwy and park on the side of the Rd in the dirt and gravel or go to the fifth wheel truck stop close by. I just got here at 1930 on Sunday and I'm the only one here.”
