“Security public storage and I have crossed paths again and ive had others from other companies. Nate has been so helpful since day one . And it was not easy considering I had 5 storages than a split with literallyy a split to all and he's answered all my silly questions . To where I wanted to see video because Star called me to tell me I left open and he got me information and thank you star too. Anyway the facility is very clean open everyday . and safe . So if you're looking for a storage you'd definitely be happy choosing Security Public Storage . Thank you”

“I’ve had two experiences at StorQuest. One was awesome and the other was the worst Ive ever had. Cinda is awesome. She is the only reason I have stayed at StorQuest. She cares about her customers and their needs. She’s helpful, polite and has great customer service. Desire on the other hand is the reason I would move. She is the one that helped me move in. I should have taken her attitude as a sign not to. She argued with me and a couple of my friends. Told them they weren’t allowed on the property because they knew about StorQuest policies and she didn’t. When she was called out she was rude and disrespectful. Told me if I didn’t like it I could just go somewhere else. If Cinda was to leave I would leave with her”

2530 South Clovis Avenue, Fresno CA 93727
“yeah so we ended up here because our old unit got broken into and we needed something fast and secure. honestly its been pretty great so far the gate hours are flexible which is key for my work schedule. the manager was super helpful when we signed up and even showed us a few different sizes to make sure we got the right one. prices are fair especially compared to some of the other places around Clovis that charge way more for the same thing. only thing i wish is that they had a little more lighting inside the building at night but its not a dealbreaker. my stuff feels safe here and thats the main thing really. would come back again if we need more space”

“I don’t usually do reviews but the managers at this facility were amazing! Beth and Joe were so kind and helpful. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I cannot say enough positive about how much they helped me out. Definitely some of the best customer service I have had! I was there another time prior to meeting Beth and Joe and the other worker there was so rude. I almost did not go back, but I needed to, and I was dreading it. but I was happy I got to talk with them instead, and they eliminated my apprehension to rent with that Derrels. So don’t let one experience ruin your decision. I almost did not rent, but I am glad I did. If you go there and see a lady with dark black hair, just come back another time…..”

The process for renting the unit was definately straightforward, and the guy at the front desk explained everything clearly.
