“This UPS Store has become the only shipping location I trust. I’ve been to plenty of other stores, and none of them even come close to the level of service I receive here. The manager, Claire, is truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond are what make this store stand out. Honestly, if it weren’t for Claire, this location would be just like the others I’ve tried and some of those experiences were pretty rough. She’s the reason I keep coming back. I can’t give her high enough praise. If you want a place where you feel taken care of, this is the store to go to.”

“Had to go in for a live Scan fingerprinting. I waited about 30 seconds before they greeted me and helped me. I don't remember the young lady's name who took my fingerprints but she was professional and courteous. Can't recommend this place enough!”
“I love this neighborhood store. Staff have always been professional and very helpful. I prefer this setting vs the corporate long lines at UPS and the longer drive to USPS. And as far as this T-Bone review, who in their right mind would ship a 400 lb parcel to this store? I don't think they have a fork lift or machinery to move such a shipment. Sheesh.”

Not only was she pleasant and professional she answered all of my questions and handled my transaction perfectly. I’ve been a fan of this business for awhile and I highly recommend using them for all of your DMV needs. There is a fee but not having to deal with DMV makes it totally worth it!!!!”

In fact over the last 10 years I have found every member of staff to be helpful and accommodating, They just seem to have a really wonderful workplace culture where customers come first. I often witness difficult people who I would’ve thrown out and yet the staff always seem to remain calm and kind even when I’m not sure people deserve it.
