“Chris was so helpful and pleasant. I usually go to the post office on First and Nees. The customer service is terrible! They are so rude and act like you're bothering them. I'm going to the Friant post office from now on.”

“This UPS Store has become the only shipping location I trust. I’ve been to plenty of other stores, and none of them even come close to the level of service I receive here. The manager, Claire, is truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond are what make this store stand out. Honestly, if it weren’t for Claire, this location would be just like the others I’ve tried and some of those experiences were pretty rough. She’s the reason I keep coming back. I can’t give her high enough praise. If you want a place where you feel taken care of, this is the store to go to.”

“Jess and Brenda are amazing people. The entire experience was great. The notarization process was quick and easy, and the shipping was the same. Prices were fair and I enjoyed the short time I had spent with them. Thank you so much for all your help.”

“Had to go in for a live Scan fingerprinting. I waited about 30 seconds before they greeted me and helped me. I don't remember the young lady's name who took my fingerprints but she was professional and courteous. Can't recommend this place enough!”

“I love this neighborhood store. Staff have always been professional and very helpful. I prefer this setting vs the corporate long lines at UPS and the longer drive to USPS. And as far as this T-Bone review, who in their right mind would ship a 400 lb parcel to this store? I don't think they have a fork lift or machinery to move such a shipment. Sheesh.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service!! I went in to register my vehicle and Jayda, Hope that’s the correct spelling, was fabulous! Not only was she pleasant and professional she answered all of my questions and handled my transaction perfectly. I’ve been a fan of this business for awhile and I highly recommend using them for all of your DMV needs. There is a fee but not having to deal with DMV makes it totally worth it!!!!”

“Perfectly fine post office with plenty of free parking, adequately stocked supplies, and a working Self-Service machine. Bit of a line, but it moved quickly. I was in and out quickly.”

“I have never done a review before today and since I had a few bad experiences at the UPS Store and gave them my first review I thought I would show my appreciation to your company. The staff here is awesome and I appreciate your kindness and your help. Thank you for turning around my morning and helping me. I will be back for all my needs.”

“Jessica is absolutely wonderful and always so friendly! In fact over the last 10 years I have found every member of staff to be helpful and accommodating, They just seem to have a really wonderful workplace culture where customers come first. I often witness difficult people who I would’ve thrown out and yet the staff always seem to remain calm and kind even when I’m not sure people deserve it. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!”

“Best prices. Nicest support. Isabel is soooo nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I just came in less than 30 minutes before closing, but I get treated with respect, not rushed, and am supported to get all the help I need. Most places are not so friendly right near closing time. Every time I go in there, I always get the best customer service. Thank you. Also the prices are less than the corporate stores. Support local y’all!”
