I had an engine misfire, and he properly diagnosed it, gave me advice on where to go to get the best fair priced parts quickly. His prices are fair, especially for the fact he is a mechanic that comes to you. Called him early morning, was precise that he would be here 2 hours after he finished 2 more jobs ahead. My car is now fixed properly, and Ali will be my mechanic going forward.”

“I cant say enough for Dario and his staff. My son, grandson and now me will be loyal customers. At 75 being a woman I worry about being overcharged as that did happen last yr at another place. Dario has gone over and above trying to do anything he could to keep me from replacing 2 Catalitic Converters in my Toyota. It looks like I may still need these but he is searching for them at a used price since my van is 20 yrs old.
Please if you are in need of a highly professional and ethical man please go see Dario. You won't be unhappy. P.s his shop always has people waiting no matter how long and most are long time repeat customers or friends as that's how he makes you feel.

“One of my tires was losing air constantly and I didn’t understand why. We checked for like nails but we didn’t see anything. So my boyfriend recommended this place to me and they were able to help me out. We did actually had a nail but it was embedded where we couldn’t see it. Luckily they were able to patch it and I didn’t have to spend money to buy a whole new tire. Friendly staff and it was quick and easy.”
“Fair pricing. Honest work. Just wished they washed cars when brought in for service, but still satisfied with the good price and transparency so the trade off is alright. Communication could be improved. They are super busy most of the time so that could be the reason it's hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Otherwise would recommmend 9/10!”
“I've walked in twice now, and they always took me in quick! I've only gone for oil changes. The workers are nice and welcoming which is why I decided to come back. They also charged me less for my oil change compared to other places I've had quote me. I'm scared to go to auto shops by myself because I've heard the horror stories of people getting up-charged just because they're a woman but they did not do that to me at all. I just gave them my car for an oil change and they just gave me that without telling me anything else. I love the desk person as well, such good customer service!”

“Quick story: My AC on my Mazda 6 was acting up by blowing warm air when it was idling and cool when it started moving again. Took it to a highly rated Shop 1 around Fullerton, they apparently did a UV leak test and found the culprit was a leaking Evaporator Core and it was going to run $2400 to repair.
Moving forward after calling other repair shops, Raven's actually listened to my symptoms and what I wanted replaced and the guy behind the counter (Alex? Employee that was from Bellflower) immediately told me the symptoms didn't line up with a leaking Evaporator Core. Raven's did a diagnostic testing on the AC and after seeing no noticable leak found out that the secondary radiator fan was unplugged and notified me nothing needed replacing for the AC system.
