“I had a nail in a tire that only had about 5,000 miles on it. I took it to a few different tire shops, and every one of them told me it couldn’t be repaired because it was too close to the sidewall. Instead, they wanted to sell me a new tire. It didn’t sit right with me, so I stopped by Community Tire for a second opinion. They took one look at it and told me not to listen to the other shops because the tire was completely repairable. They patched it for free and wouldn’t charge me. I gave them a little something anyway because I really appreciated their honesty. It’s refreshing to find a business that isn’t trying to sell you something you don’t need. Community Tire earned my trust today, and they’ll definitely have my business when it’s actually time for new tires. Honest people and great service. I highly recommend them.”

“This is the best shop I have ever taken a car for service. Mike is amazing he can literally answer any question and if he doesn't do it at the shop he'll recommend a great shop to get it done. If you are looking for a trusted mechanic in the area, this place comes highly recommended! Thank you Mike for being so great”

“They do a reliable job. But they do take a while. The lack of a lounge and their location makes it kind of hard to figure out exactly what you are going to do when you drop off your car for an oil change. The most important thing though, is that I can count on them to give me an accurate inspection of my vehicle. The shop is pretty clean, which gives me the confidence that they are organized. They have not let me down so far.”

“Very honest and straightforward guys. They'll tell you exactly what needs to be done. Nothing more and nothing less. There was an issue with the work which they promptly addressed at no cost. All in all, a reliable and honest local business that I am happy to support.”

“I truly appreciated the service provided, air pressure service, oil change was a great value compared to competitors and what they charge .. the wait time was great for appointment made- but I've been inclined over time to understand and research and cross reference n compare information to always decide my choices.... I was given good information and felt like business was conducted professionally to be very satisfied for me oil job business”

“Caliber Collison repaired by car after I was hit with a flying object on the freeway. My hood and windshield require repair, and the windshield had to be ordered from the factory. The staff was very communicative and made the entire process really easy. They even returned my rental for me. After a week or so after getting my car back, I noticed that my windshield wipers were a little off. I called and they had me come in the same day and had them realigned and working perfectly within 20 minutes. Everyone was so nice. And my car looks like my accident never happened”

“I usually never trust these type of places but thankfully it was a good experience. We never felt any stress going thru the repair process and staff (Edwin and Thelma) were both very nice”

“I cannot overstate how good this shop is. We’ve had our cars serviced here for years. Willie is an excellent mechanic, totally honest. Very reasonable prices. A recent example of what I’m talking about: Our local dealership service department wanted to charge me $2k for new engine mounts and would need to keep the car for a couple days. I called Willie, who told me to bring the car over the next day. He looked at it, agreed that it needed new mounts but said that the dealership was drastically overcharging. Willie and his crew had the job done by day’s end and charged me only $500.”

“My dad takes his old truck here so when I recently had some issues, I brought my car in. Jeff was very sweet and honest. I was so happy to leave with just needing the oil change. Thank you!!”

“Albert and his team are world class. The amount of communication , the craftsmanship and service exceeds expectations. Albert has worked on my 911 multiple times this year and each time it comes back better than when I’d dropped it off. I highly recommend the team at Flat 6ix Development! Thanks guys for all the great work!”

“I took my Lincoln into a dealership due to a red engine light. They said it would cost $700 to fix it. I went to Brea Brake and Radiator and told them what the dealership said had to be done. They asked if I wanted to have them check it out before doing it. I said ok. They said that the service suggested by the dealership was not needed, fixed the engine light and I have not had trouble with it since. Needless to say, this is where I am now taking my car.”

“Now days you'll find a lone honest mechanic working at this place among the hot rods and classic cars. There is so much Detroit steel on grounds that it's worth coming down just to see the cars. I came here with a problem they couldn't fix but they didn't charge me to tell me that. I give this place five stars because I honestly wish I could come down, knock back a few beers, and talk cars with the owner.”

“I got a flat tire at my place of employment. I called Valley Brothers Automotive for there roadside service. There response time was excellent, faster than AAA. They provided quality service and went beyond just putting on my spare. They got me back on the road with a new tire. Will definitely be calling them next time I need service or repair.”

“Luckily enough my car was stranded right next to this shop. Ray welcomed me with open arms and was very understanding to my concerns and how the car was acting. He went out of his way to make me a priority! Ray diagnosed the car and got to work on it right away! A few hours later and my car is now back in running conditions! Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for someone to work on their car! His quick and immediate assistance was a blessing in disguise! Thank youuu very much Ray!”

“Seriously the best! I don’t know anything about cars and was about to pay >$3000 at Firestone for part replacements but thought I’d get a second opinion while getting my smog check. They were so kind and didn’t make me feel stupid. They told me I didn’t need any of the changes Firestone told me and saved my parents a lot of $$$. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity and would recommend to any young girls like me!!!”

“Really helpful. I came for a free inspection because my car was shaking when I drive high speeds on the freeway, and I previously had a flat that I fixed on my own but then that same tire got another nail in it. Long story short, I was needing to replace that tire. My others were almost due to be upgraded anyway, so they gave me 4 new tires for their buy 3 get 1 free labor day sale. They also gave me a discount on the tire alignment. Probably could have paid less at other places, but i feel confident driving away knowing they took care of what needed to be done in a professional way. And I like that if anything happens to the tires I can come and they'll replace it or fix it free or for small charge. Thank you!”

“a really trustworthy place! i have been bringing my truck here for the last few years after my uncle recommended them to me. they are really nice, patient, and knowledgeable.”

“They sent a tow truck to us and it took awhile to arrive. When the man checked under the hood with all his equipment and couldn't locate the problem via his attachments he then asked for the keys and inserted them repeatedly ( 6 times) into the door and then he started the engine up immediately. Who knew the kill switch was directly linked to the alarm? Sure made us believers. He apologized for our wait and we told him we heard there was a lil traffic jam on hilltop and L st due to an accident and not to worry. Just very professionally savvy and polite to apologize for his late arrival when it was beyond his control. Nice kid.”

“I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment across the street for mounting and balancing. I dropped the car off at 8:50 a.m. after being told it usually takes about an hour. Hours later, the work still had not started. I went back around 12:20 p.m., the car was still sitting outside, and they then said it would be another hour. I took my keys and went to Big O Tires right across the street. They took the car immediately, put me in line, and completed the job. No runaround. Yes, Big O charged a little more. It was still the better value because they did not waste half my day. Mounting and balancing is not a huge job, but an appointment should mean something. This shop treated it that way. If you need tire work in Brea, go to Big O Tires on N. Brea Blvd. I will come back here.”

“One thing about this place is the service is amazing huge shout out to Robert, Eric & Randy they went above and beyond after these guys I do not think I will be able to get anything other than firestone tires. They are extremely quick and efficient as busy as they were they got me in and out within the hour.”

“I use this location often for tires. Staff is fast friendly and efficient. Vincent, Reggie, and team were helpful to communicate and process a refund I qualified for because of the road hazard warranty.”
