He transferred all my data and being in my 60's set up my screen saver which is a picture of my deceased son, set the date and time with the current temperature. “We had such a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Andy from TCL and his manager, Joshua Arellano. Both of them went above and beyond to help us find the right TV for our setup.
We came in needing a TV that would work with a specific mount we already had, and Andy took the time to really understand our situation. What stood out the most was his honesty. Even though it meant he wouldn’t get credit for the sale, he still showed us a different brand that would fit our mount perfectly. Because of that, we avoided having to spend extra money on a new mount and installation.
It’s rare to come across someone who is that genuine and focused on helping the customer instead of just making a sale. We were honestly a little disappointed we couldn’t give him the credit for the purchase, but incredibly grateful for his guidance and integrity.
Joshua Arellano clearly runs a great team. His leadership shows through in the level of service and professionalism we experienced, and it made a big difference during our visit.

“It's been a while since we have been to this location due to previous issues with a worker when it was a Sprint Store. We went in to see about watches and phones and were greeted and helped by Vianney! She was super friendly and helpful and that made our experience even better. She explained offers and plans and what would work best for us without hesitation. We purchased our watches and will definitely be going back for our phones. “I love 7 Eleven but. Be aware of your charges here. I bought 2 20oz diet cokes here and was charged $12.95. I asked why and got no answer but they quickly deleted the order and scanned every thing again.”
“I’ll never forget the compassionate management at this location. I used to frequent this location almost every day. I’ve never had issues with any staff or problems with out of items, but one specific incident stood out to me that proved that they care about their customers. About two years ago I had an incident where I was walking back to my car and this white van pulled up next to me and I got spidey senses that something was off. I went back in the store and the manager immediately got security to walk me to my car. In my heart I genuinely believe that security guard was my guardian angel. I forgot his name but I know he still works at this location. He’s a tall young black man with short dreads. I will forever be thankful that they cared about my safety and took action. Thank you ??”

“Woke up today with a sore throat and a cough. I decided to get some cough drops to stop that annoying tickle in the back of my throat. I ordered some cough drops via Door Dash since I am stuck at work. And while getting the cough drops, I added an Arizona iced tea, a donut and a cheese pizza lol Because why not when you feel like crap? I figured one of those things would make me feel better lol Now I know what you are thinking- why would you order a pizza from 7 eleven?!?! The answer is: desperate times. lol And Dominoes/ Pizza Hut doesn't sell cough drops... The pizza was just okay. Nothing special. Very saucy. But warm. And fresh. The donut was alright too. It's what you would expect from a 7 eleven. I got my cough drops for my throat. My belly is full. And my thirst is quenched. This was a win overall lol”

“Being negative is not a good way to be, so I thought I'd review another 7-11 I frequently visit that always meets or exceeds my expectations in order to offset my negative review of the 7-11 in Walnut. By far, this is the best place in the area to stop and buy a soda/water/snack because you are able to use your debit/credit card without paying a "I'm a cheap business owner so I am going to pass my merchant fees on to my customers charge." All of the mom & pop liquor stores in the area charge you for use of a credit/debit card or at least have a minimum charge requirement (which is a violation of Mastercard Debit Merchant Rules by the way). Kudos to this 7-11 for serving the community in which it is located in a manner that is fair and quite frankly probably rather profitable for the owner. This 7-11 always seems to have a variety of sandwiches in stock as well. Additional items are offered for sale in the cold deli case that I have not seen at other local stores. The people working at the register are always friendly as well. Some of the people working at night are a little more...eccentric :) but in an entertaining way. I believe this was the 7-11 where I was convinced to use the mobile app which I greatly enjoy the benefits of. There are also a variety of decent places to eat in the same shopping center that I have yet to review.”

“I would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The store itself is impressively clean and well-organized, making shopping a pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed with the inclusion of an Ulta section, which adds a great variety of beauty products. Additionally, the in-store Starbucks is a nice touch and, surprisingly, not too busy, which is a bonus. For those with electric vehicles, the available charging stations are a convenient feature.
The only downside was the condition of the restroom, which was not as clean as the rest of the store. With a bit of improvement in that area, my experience would have been perfect. Overall, a great place to shop with some excellent amenities!
