“I don't ever write a review for big department stores but I want to give a shout out to Israel (I hope I spelled his name correctly) but he went above a beyond his regular duties. I first interacted with him in the electronics department regarding a question but unfortunately we weren't able to solve the question but he guided me to the right direction and later when I was about to check out, he runs over to help me answer my question, that's not even target merchandise related! I am truly grateful of his kindness and hardworking efforts. Give that man a raise!”

“It's been a while since we have been to this location due to previous issues with a worker when it was a Sprint Store. We went in to see about watches and phones and were greeted and helped by Vianney! She was super friendly and helpful and that made our experience even better. She explained offers and plans and what would work best for us without hesitation. We purchased our watches and will definitely be going back for our phones. Glad we decided to give the store another try and found a badass worker Vianney you definitely made our night with your customer service and care”
“We had a tablet under warranty and after being told we would have to pay the new price difference, even though we paid for the 2 years full protection, at another Best Buy this location exchanged our product without a hassle. We just had to pay for new warranty coverage. They provided top notch customer service.”
“This visit was a 1 but most curbsides are almost perfect.The guy delivered the eggs the same way as treating the 8 pack carbonated waters. He slammed everything in the trunk the same and the eggs leaked all over the waters. And the containers are soaked. Not sure if just from the eggs or from the store also. Other stuff like waters or chemical cleaning agents involved. Also about to expire. So not sure if the cans are covered in water, chemicals, or egg juices. But, doesn't seem good to drink from!”
“I have been fighting the incompetent call center for 3 months to resolve an issue. Luis is the man. Came here twice. Both times he was able to get the next step resolved. If you need anything, upgrade, new line , I highly recommend you drive here and ask for him. He knows how to ensure it's done right.”
