The rudest and most unfriendly lady ever. Asked me ridiculous questions, suspicious and not helpful. Not one smile. The car had dents and scratches. She was taking a bunch of picture, none of the damage, mostly of the roof of the car??I canceled my contract and will never ever go there again.

Rented a Kia and loved it so much I ended up buying it from Ace. When I went to buy it they included the 6 week rental fee as part of the payment of the car. Amazing experience on every level!
