Renee (sorry if misspelled) was absolutely brilliant. He made great conversation, was very personalable and friendly, and very informative about local areas. I am excited to remain with Avis because of agents like him. Thank you for the warm greeting after an early morning of travel and helping my family with their rental!

We are grateful for the kind, professional and efficient service from Francis! This was the third time he has helped us as Avis preferred customers. By far the best agent we have ever dealt with. The hybrid car was great too. Good condition and drove well.

it is an okay neighborhood location. not terribly friendly. they source their cars from the STS airport. I prefer the airport, but they aren't open early & there is the airport facility fee.
