Craner should consider when complaining about Bill’s repurchase price is that he is probably operating on a narrower profit margin than the big chains. Also, it is my policy to always support our local businesses when I can. An added plus is that the Deka brand that he sells is the most environmentally responsible battery manufacturer in America. Maybe they are all overworked and underpaid.. but who isn't? I did get help with a return with no problems. Did not have to wait long either.
