“My wife and I have had a great experience living here. One thing we really appreciate is that repairs are made in a timely manner. Anytime we’ve needed maintenance, it’s been handled quickly and professionally, which gives us a lot of peace of mind.

Alejandra, the apartment manager, is amazing. She responds quickly, is always friendly, and genuinely cares. We love her! It makes such a difference having someone so approachable and helpful running the property.

We also really enjoy how clean and well-maintained the grounds are. The community is quiet and peaceful, which is important to us. The assigned, covered parking spaces are another big plus — it’s so convenient and something we definitely don’t take for granted.

On top of that, our neighbors are friendly, which makes it feel even more like home. Overall, we’re very happy here and truly appreciate the management team for everything they do.”

“It seems like a very safe place to live, it is quiet, clean, Rafael the maintenance guy is very friendly, he does his job well and in a neat manner, and in the office Elaine and Leli are respectful and responsible when doing their job and they will help you They give immediate solution.”

“Super sweet staff, I've lived here for a few years and they have really made things work for my and my roommates. They do their best when it comes to keeping everyone up to date with information and help when it comes to getting things fixed. They were really kind to help us and work with us if we were ever a day or two late with rent and always heard us out with our struggles and worries. Pretty good communication and fair pricing with the surrounding area. If there were anything I didn't really like about living here would be the rules on weed smoke. It's in the contract for everyone to sign that their company policy restricts smoking weed in the house or on property for the health and safety of everyone. Even though this is a rule, people do it anyway and we've had to suffer it coming through our walls and floors. My roommates hate it and it definitely has put a damper on family get togethers while trying to just enjoy ourselves only to have strong skunk smell fill our house. Aside from that this place is great. No other issues really.”
