“Great small shop that really cares for their customers. Grace and Jason have a passion for the sport and making sure customers walk out with what's best for them (within reasonable means). No real sales pressure and there's definite evidence that they just want to help you play better and enjoy the game. Get on down there and check them out”
“I became a "tennis mom" a little over a year ago when my kids started high school and it has been an unexpected struggle figuring out how all the different racquets and strings and seemingly endless details compare. No one was very helpful with the process. Every tennis shop I've gone into, I've gotten one of two reactions: 1) very short answers that seemed to imply I was imposing by being in their store, or 2) a sales pitch that seemed to imply I looked dumb enough to buy it. Then today I stopped by Tennis Pro and will not be going anywhere else!! The man there was genuine, welcoming, and wise -- three very rare qualities in this brave new world. I didn't want him wasting his time and knowledge on me (I'm still not a tennis buff), so I told him I'd come back with my son (who's getting there) and I look forward to that.
I'm one of those parents who attends just about all the games, so I will be talking about this place in person too. But since we have a hard time believing anything unless it's on Google, here it is also :)”
“Love it ! I have been to this store in the past 10 years. Every time I bought new pair of shoes the staff gifted me a new pair of slippers. I love the give away that they did for me.”
“The store in Garden Grove, Ca is no longer around. They have moved to Tennessee but can’t get Google to update that they moved. Online ordering is still available but don’t waste your time driving to the listed location. The number still works if you need to call for information and they were very helpful over the phone.”
