“This place is huuuuuge! I walked in and saw the front area and thought OK, nice. Then I asked for some equipment and was led to the back and this place seems to go on forever. They not only have whatever exercise equipment you want but multiple items in varying condition. I found a decent piece at a fair price and they cleaned it up better than expected.”

The store is clean and well stocked.
Every time I stop in for something, they had it on hand. It's never really crowded so no line at checkout. The girl that works here on Saturday is not the friendliest and seemed to not want to be there.
Management needs to check her quick.

“I recently got into soccer and play at the Great Park in Irvine. I just googled soccer store in OC and Deportes Salazar popped up as the #1 shop. I am new and have no idea what to look for or what brands are good. Anuar was the best person to help me out. He had a lot of patience and wisdom to guide me perfectly. I got a lot of great gear at a great price! I will definitely keep coming back here.”
“Went to pick up shoes that I ordered online and then found out that if I needed to return them, I would have to ship them back since it was an online order. This was very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of ordering online for efficiency. Most retailers will allows online returns in-store but not WSS. I know it's not the stores fault, nor the employees, but definitely a policy that I don't like and will probably not shop with WSS again.”

“Came in to buy my son's birthday gift & was just gonna buy his sweatpants because they didn't carry the Dodgers shirt that I wanted at this location. So the girl at the register rang us up & I asked if she knew what location closest to us had it available, & she searched it up for us & let us know that we could pay for it right then & go & pick it up as well at the other location. So I was like cool, let me do that.
Glad she was very helpful & not just trying to rush us out of there. Taking your time to help out goes a long way, because if she would've been the opposite I would just never go back to that location...but I will!”
“I've had so many compliments on these amazingly comfortable running clothes. I even wear them on errands. The artwork is vivid and looks brand new after years of wash and wear. Although they look great, the performance is outstanding. They don't chaffe or ride up or show sweat (even after a half marathon) and have great moisture wicking ability.”
“Thank you to Sally who helped me exchange a watch that didn’t work properly. She was kind enough to try to help me with another of the same watch but seemed defective and it also did not work. She suggested a different one which was a bit more but was similar and I was good with that. She was friendly and knowledgeable. When I walked in, it looked like she was training someone on register. She acknowledged me after she turned and asked what I needed. I had been standing there for a bit . 2 associates were at the counter and one young lady texting on phone. Neither acknowledged and even when they looked up they didn’t greet. Sally asked for one of the guys to open counter door and he walked towards a different counter and didn’t acknowledge the kid that needed help. Your other associates wander don’t help r greet customers..Sally looked like she was babysitting grown people. She was the only one greeting . I’m a retail manager and your store lacks friendly engaging associates. I think your store makes sales on its own, you’d probably make more of your associates engaged w customers to help them.”

“i thought it was gonna be kind of a mess in there but it was actually really organized and i knew exactly where to go. the selection is wild i ended up spending way more time than i planned looking at everthing. there was a pair of sandals i almost put back but decided to grab at the last second and im so glad I did becuase they are my favorite thing now. the lady at the register was nice and didnt rush me so thats always a plus. prices felt fair too not inflated like some outlet stores. definately going back next time im in the area.”

“My boyfriend took a while here and was very indecisive as they had so much to choose from. Mario, the sales rep, was very patient and kept cool & calm the whole time. I was already irritated with my boyfriend because he's going back and forth between which hat to purchase. Excellent customer service and so friendly! They design their own hats monthly and you can even customize your own. Their embroidery machine was down though.”
