“This place is huuuuuge! I walked in and saw the front area and thought OK, nice. Then I asked for some equipment and was led to the back and this place seems to go on forever. They not only have whatever exercise equipment you want but multiple items in varying condition. I found a decent piece at a fair price and they cleaned it up better than expected.”
“Bought some skates online, haven’t skated since the mid 90s. I met Jon Julio back in 96 at the Sea Otter Classic when he was sponsored by 50/50. He gave me some free grind plates. Very down to earth guy and glad to see he’s still in the game after all this time.”

“I just got to say that Kevin the store manager here on Saturday is the best guy ever on Thursday some idiot tried to get on my debit card and put $900 over at Lowe's so they closed my debit card but the bank said that you know I've got 50 Grand in the bank I should be able to spend $20 with a check here at the store but it would not work but God bless Kevin he let the missing cash go and he's not going to worry about it so thank you Kevin so much and I highly recommend this store!!♥️♥️”
“I recently got into soccer and play at the Great Park in Irvine. I just googled soccer store in OC and Deportes Salazar popped up as the #1 shop. I am new and have no idea what to look for or what brands are good. Anuar was the best person to help me out. He had a lot of patience and wisdom to guide me perfectly. I got a lot of great gear at a great price! I will definitely keep coming back here.”
“My experience was pretty good thanks to the young lady that helped me and my son today. She was working the floor and the register. I believe her name was Tania. The other workers were pretty nice as well. However, there was a chubby guy that I believe was the manager, supervisor, or Ap he wasn't too friendly. He didn't greet myself or my son when we came in but he greeted... Umm yea you what I'm about to say. Then proceeded to stand by us out of all the people he could've stood by watching while my 12 year old son was trying on shoes. It took the nice young lady I mentioned earlier to even ask if we needed any help. I thought it would be different when leaving nope he just walked with his uncomfortable looking self. I won't let one bad cookie spoil it for the rest. So I will give 5 stars because Tania made the trip worth it and the store was clean.”

“I've been sleeping on this location for way too long! I always used to go to the Costa Mesa location cause it was closer but the Santa Ana location definitely has a lot better selections.I'm always at WSS to grab some non-slip shoes for work and they're always rotating the selection choices to keep things fresh.”
“I've had so many compliments on these amazingly comfortable running clothes. I even wear them on errands. The artwork is vivid and looks brand new after years of wash and wear. Although they look great, the performance is outstanding. They don't chaffe or ride up or show sweat (even after a half marathon) and have great moisture wicking ability.”
“I can see how people can have mixed reviews coming here. The selection is small and service is a hit or a miss. The store is small with a few teams and player jerseys mixed in with some rando ones. They will miss the mark completely or have what you want. No in between. However, for my Friday evening (20 mins before closing) shopping excursion they had what I needed. My son wanted a Matt Chapman Jersey and nothing else would work. We all walked in and one of the two associates (younger guy) greeted us after he finished helping with another guest. The manager or more senior employee just stared at the people in the store and worked around the cashier. The younger guy was courteous and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he asked the more senior employee. He helped us locate what we needed and thanked us for coming in. Happy KID equals happy PARENT and that means good review for the most part.”

“Overall, a pretty good store. A really big (square footage) store. Reasonable prices if you wait and keep an eye out for their sales. For as large as the store is, it seems like the selection on firearms is a little small in this store. I haven't been to the other ones yet. But at Turners Outdoorsman (T/O) in Orange, even though the store size is less than half of this store, I feel like you actually have a better and more varied selection of firearms at T/O. Be sure to sign up for their internet ads to get the best sale prices available from Ammo Bros.. Be aware that some of their sales are on-line only and they will not honor the price as a walk-in to the store on the same items. I learned this the hard way. But if you put in, and pay for, an on-line order, it takes about a week. They will send you an email when your stuff is there, and you can go get it. Please bring your order number with you, they can't search by name. The people are kind of hit-or-miss. Some of them are really nice and engaging, others don't seem to care if you are there or not. Also, sometimes the answers to questions will be different depending on who you ask. But I do shop there and enjoy it. But due to the inventory, pricing differences and some of the people's attitudes, can't give them a 5-star rating. Well worth a stop if you are in the area to see what they have. I hope that this review is helpful to someone.”
“My boyfriend took a while here and was very indecisive as they had so much to choose from. Mario, the sales rep, was very patient and kept cool & calm the whole time. I was already irritated with my boyfriend because he's going back and forth between which hat to purchase. Excellent customer service and so friendly! They design their own hats monthly and you can even customize your own. Their embroidery machine was down though.”

He listened to what I was looking for and tailored everything to me while he was asking all the right questions. The custom fitting cost $75 for the hour and I'd be glad to pay more next time. Yes I did order my new set of 150's right then and there because of the job John did. I've already let several people know and needed to put this review up so everyone I don't know reaches out to John Weber.”
