“It's COSTCO, how could it not be great? Huge selection, great pricing, more stuff than anyone could possibly need. It's a self-service warehouse so you can't expect someone in every aisle to help you, but if you wander around enough, you will run into an employee who is happy to assist you. Best gasoline prices in town at their station. I am personally VERY HAPPY to see that they are denying and cracking down on people who do not have a Costco membership coming in and shopping. I PAY for that ability, and if you aren't paying, then you shouldn't be there making MY wait times longer. I have noticed that the lines at the food court have shortened up a bit since they have started doing it and I, as a paying member, am glad to see it. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a ton of stuff that I both need and don't need. It's great to have choices! There are 2 reasons why I don't give Costco 5-stars. The first being the amount of rudeness from other customers. Like leaving your cart in the middle of the aisle and walking 50 feet away to go look at something. Please, pull your cart to one side and out of the way of others. It would be nice if there were more employees that could help with that. And when you are at a food case or looking at an item on the shelf, and someone pushes into you to get something instead of waiting their turn like a normal human being. The second reason is that when I first joined Costco, back when the dinosaurs roamed the earth, the Executive and Business memberships got you inside an hour earlier than everyone else. Again, a membership advantage that I paid for. Then they said it was too hard to enforce, and that perk went away. Now that they are cracking down on non-members and having to scan the cards to get in, maybe they will bring that back. Pretty please with a cherry on top?”

“Overall I really like Costco, but this particular Costco is usually very busy and feels chaotic inside. You often need to park far away from the entrance and the gas station line weaves through park of the parking lot.
Edit: They fixed the gas station issue, so I am now giving the Costco 5 stars.”
